Room was great , remodeled
The outside was horrible and rundown. Trash everywhere, cigarettes all over.potholes in back and needs cleanup.

Staff was very polite and friendly and they had a handicap room available for me
When the room upstairs either flushed the toilet or turn water/shower on it sounded like the pipes were going to explode thru the walls, both mornings @ 4 and 6 am. I was so mad on my day to leave I got up and was gone by 8 am instead of check out time of 11 am. Was quite disappointing. They need to fix that plumbing issue A.S.A.P.

Location is also perfect for those who like to get an idea of what downtown/old town Klamath Falls is like. Walk-able access.
My short stay had no negatives.

I liked the customer service most of all but the whole experience staying at the Travelodge was a great one and I recommend it to anyone looking to book a room at a motel where the stay is a comfortable one and for a great price.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff is available 24 hours a day if you need anything at all. They were very attentive and it was a joy to be treated like family! The bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect!

Clean friendly very very impressed with the rooms they have really put some thought and seem to want to make the rooms reflect their priority of guests happiness.

This hotel has newly remodeled rooms that are kept very clean by staff. During our stay at this Travelodge my wife and I found ourselves being surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. The manager at this location cares about his guests and it shows.

nothing about this property would make me come back. I would rather sleep in my car.
The property is downtown in a bad area, with loud tenants and traffic all night into the early am-3. I believe there are full-time residents in the complex.

The location. The parking lot included some sketchy people. There was a large hair ball in the shower. And the constant dog barking didn't add for a good night's rest.
