The receptionist (Sharon was her name) was really the best thing about my stay. She was extremely helpful and engaging.
The drive to the entrance was extremely BAD!!! And I do mean EXTREMELY BAD!! Potholes and such!! The fountain out front was just pitiful....wasn't working and it had some green algae like slime in the bottom of it. I know they're renovating but DAMN! That's basic housekeeping for Comfort Suites isn't it?!?
The breakfast was somewhat decent. I know they probably use powdered eggs to save money but damn if they were just nasty tasting! Really awful.
I'll stop there. If you haven't heard this all before then your not whom I should be sending this to.

Location ( in theory) and price , comfortable bed, front desk employee.
Shabby room. So noisy being next to I-95 and active train tracks. No coffee cups in the morning, single traveler pet owners have no way to have the continental breakfast.
3.2
Breakfast fine.
Couldn't find place to eat dinner.
Not very welcoming.
3.2
location
unclean, did not get reserved room, called at 7:30am (after arriving at 1:00am) but didn’t request a wake-up call, wall plugs broken
3.2
location
was not cleaned, took 4 days for them to clean room and make bed

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is great for convenience.
Hotel is dirty and unkempt. Needs paint. Rooms are descent but cleaners do a half descent job. This is a construction workers hotel.
3.2
Nothing
Everything; lack of acknowledgment from staff, uncleanliness, bathroom facilities did not work, rooms were under construction and unsafe for infants, hallways smelt of marijuana, unsafe, list went on…my family and I slept for a few hours and left.
3.2
employees were nice
outdated
bathroom paint bubbling off walls
no coffee maker in room

the girl who checked us in was very nice!
dirty and smelly

the bed was comfortable
the noise
3.2
Price and room size was good.
Better sound proofing for rooms, especially given the proximity to the interstate; traffic noise was very loud and non-stop throughout the night. The hallway and room had intense musty smell. Room was not clean (e.g., very dusty, dirty/sticky bathroom floor with a pile of dust, Kleenex stuck in peep hole, toilet plunger wrapped in plastic bag sat out in the hallway over night).
3.2
Location is OK
The drain in the bathroom sink is clogged, as is the drain in the shower, a lot of dust in the room and a lot of noise in the heat system, can't sleep all night because of the noise

Nothing hotel was dirty and not well maintained.
Hotel was dirty and in dire need of upgrades.

The staff were kind, responsive, and the best part of the stay. Plenty of room in a queen suite for a family of six. The location allowed just a short drive to Savannah.
Unfortunately, you're paying Savannah prices for without a bump in quality. This hotel was like any other comfort inn, except that the building was under construction and smelled of paint and whatever other chemicals they were using. The smell was powerful in the lobby, still noticable in our rooms, and made the stay much less pleasant.
3.2
The room was clean
The room we were in, the bathroom light switch had a short in it. It wouldn’t stay on like a normal switch would allow. Definitely a fire hazard. The room smelled musky and moldy like. There was a damp rid bucket in the closet. The hallway wasn’t as bad but had a weird smell to it as well. The iron didn’t work and the bathroom door stuck and was hard to open and close. Morning breakfast was another failure, the food ran out quickly, the coffee machine did not work and the other coffee that was made was drained by a homeless man who just wandered off the street and filled up his container. I will say the front desk staff was great but the other staff were walking around in much less than a uniform.

Spaciousss room as alwaysss, bed & pillows are comfy.
Door seem broke, bathroom stain on tub & urine stains on toliet and hair. THE refrigerator was poorly cleaned and ac didn't seem to cool blow good. I attach photos. I didn't make a fuss luckily i had wipes but I shouldnt have to clean up behind someone if its already clean this was a lil disappointing after having A long day. Better experience next time i hope.

There was NO real breakfast. A stale pastry that I ended up throwing away. My wife did eat one of the yogurt cups. No fruits or juices. The hall were covered with trash as if it had not been vacuumed in over a week. There was some floor trash in the room but not as much. The shower did not even have a shower curtain on it.
The pool was empty. That would have been good to know also. I tried to get a copy of the charges on a receipt. They could not print me one. They did e-mail me one. I asked for a discount because of the problems but did not get one.

Never made it for breakfast, only thing I saw was coffee
The first room the refrigerator didn't close because of ice buildup and lights wouldn't come on, the second room everything was good except for the door you had to pickup on it so it would close, every day had to redo the keycard.
3.2
convenient location in respect to having restaurants and stores that were easily accessible
they were under renovations so the pool was not available, but that’s about it , really.
3.2
The room seemed clean.
The room smelled musty and like mildew. AC needed cleaned. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall and the door to the room wouldn’t shut properly. The WiFi wouldn’t work. The hall way leading to the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
3.2
Breakfast was good
Swimming pool was out for repair. And couldn’t really rest causes the children on 3rd floor kept running and stumping.so I had to call the desk like 4 times.
