The room, the food very good. Having a dishonest maid is very distressing.

The breakfast was great. The desk staff very friendly and helpful

I left 2 brand new Charger cords in the room, one for my phone, one for my IPad. Wrapped them up, put them in small zip lock bag. Left them in room by mistake. After numerous calls to hotel, they say they were not found. I feel certain, the housekeeper who cleaned that room must have taken them.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet was able to have a peaceful trip and rest. The room was clean.

The beds seem softer than most hotels I’ve stayed in lately. It’s clean and they have a good hot breakfast in the morning.

most of the staff were nice.

the staff at check in charged our card twice becuase she’s checked us in at 6 when we didn’t get there till 8:30 and and she just said it would fall off and it didn’t

The most expensive ghetto place I have ever been

We requested a trundle bed I got an email saying they could meet my request when checking in she told me they don’t even have those! So 1 kid slept on the floor never offered us a bigger room or anything. Also the shower wall was crumbling and molded and wires were exposed on the wall I’m guessing this was a fire alarm

I'll like the area that it's in I think McAllister is a beautiful place.

The breakfast is always sweet and the swimming pool is never open.
