Location was good. There was no breakfast because of renovations in the lobby.
The sheets, bedspread and shower curtain all had cigarette holes. I killed a couple of roaches. Our bathroom door would not close.

I’ve had good stays here before but they are renovating and had no downstairs rooms.
They have happy, cheerful, friendly staff as well as stern, aggressive & rude staff which keeps things balanced I guess.
No downstairs room available. I am severely disabled with muscular dystrophy, tbi, stage four heart failure, COPD, 5 heart attacks & 10 strokes. Although apologetic about no downstairs rooms there was no assistance offered to get my things to my room or back to my van. Though staff was present at arrival and departure they elected to just watch me struggle.
After eventually reaching the top of the stairs to make my way to my room the walkway was partially blocked with building materials making it difficult and hazardous for me to pass.
The laundry facilities are not working. There was no ice bucket or ashtray in a smoking room. Come to find out the ice machine also was not working. There was just two small hand towels. No wash cloths, bath towels or bath mats. The bathroom light takes about 10 minutes to come on oddly enough.
No information card in room for instructions on using TV or breakfast information or anything else.
For 4 staff members to stand and watch me struggle to get things down their stairs and to my van was incredibly difficult for me to experience.
Coming to terms with further limitations to my abilities and a shortened lifespan had been made easier by the kindness and eagerness of even strangers to lend a hand and happily do so.
The cruelty of those who find their joy in watching people struggle and for them to be employed at a hospitality business that I returned to again (I’ve used this hotel on various occasions since it was a La Quinta Inn) was too shocking for words.

Nathan as soon as we walked in the lady was like u can't leave after 9 pm like we were checking into a prison an thin as soon as we got to the room we saw there was bed bugs and the chairs were nasty that there was no towels it wasn't clean it was disgusting and then we go back downstairs so we don't want the room because it's that gross she says no refunds and then she was like there's nothing I can help you with now crazy

The room was dirty, an smelled bad, was crap smeared on the bathroom wall, carpet was dirty, bedspread was dirty and had food crumbs on it.
The heat and air didn’t work, told the front desk and was ignored totally. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in being on the road for 8 years.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The roaches were too friendly.
The bath tub was yellow, the room was stale, the staff were unbothered and not helpful, we slept in our clothes due to unsanitary conditions of the room.

Honestly, nothing at all.
There were roaches all over the walls and beds . The sheets were dirty with cigarette burns in them. The room smelled horrible . The floors were filthy and hadn’t been vacuumed or swept. If i could rate it lower than a 1 star i would. Definitely would not recommend to anyone , EVER.

Absolutely nothing. The lady at the desk wasn't rude, at least. Just matter of fact in her not being able to help because the owner is not in for 4 more days.
I need a refund. This hotel's conditions are completely un-livable. The pictures online do not show the true state of how run down this hotel is and how poorly ran it is. It needs serious maintenance and pest control. The rooms smell, I can't describe it, maybe mold, drugs, a combination, it was very overpowering and nasty. There is black mildew looking spots all over the sheets, which a family member told me is bed bug excrement. The first room we were given my daughter and I ran out of in under 2 minutes, because we were covered in fleas all on our ankles and calves( I have photos of the bites on my legs and hers.) I went to the front desk, and she said another guest had been in that room with a dog and offered a different room. In the second room, the smell greeted me again, I went in and didn't notice as many fleas there were 2 on the bed, but they might have still been on me from the first room. I saw the same spots on the sheets, but not as bad, so I took the bedding off and looked around the mattress edges, like I was advised to do by the same family member, when I told them about what was going on when we were going down to the office after the first room. I didn't see much, but there were a few places that may have been bed bug signs, and the mattress had debris on it under the sheets. I wasn't comfortable staying, especially after the first room, but I didn't want to be a pain in the ass. I hung my shirts up and brought in some waters from my car for my daughter and I. I left pretty much everything in the car because I didn't trust the spots werent bed bugs, and I don't want to take them back to my house I have heard what a nightmare they can be. My daughter went to sit in the armchair near the door / a/c area, and roaches crawled on her. She jumped up, and the cushion came off, and there were live and dead roaches under the cusion in the chair.

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE… end up not staying there at all and wasted my money… had to book a complete different hotel after driving 8 hrs with a new born… rooms smells like human poop… they tried giving me another one but it still smelled really bad ( they even tried to spray it before I walked in it)… it’s also drug infested with a lot of smokers and have people actually living in the rooms… DONT GO HERE ‼️

Staff was very courtesy and helpful. Really appreciated the refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot in room. Breakfast was great. Loved making our waffles and appreciated the hard boiled eggs and coffee!
Bottom of tub could have used a scrubbing but the room was very nice and a good value. Will definitely stop by again. Made a couple of weary travelers happy! Thanks 😊!

There was roaches everywhere. There was pubic hair in the shower. There was used soap in the shower stuck to the shower the begging was dirty i had to use my own blanlets . I had to use a sheet as a curtian so nobody could see inside. Then when i took my dog out a black guy walked up to me and asked me if i wanted to buy cheese aka crack. There was a lady outside high screaming leave me alone . My family paid for a room so i could get a shower and a good night sleep and i didnt get either that place is disgusting

Location is convenient to where I live. A place to park when I arrived. Most of the staff is awesome! Taylor, Michelle, and the guy who works at night are very polite and respectful. This was a good hotel when I started staying there, but slowly, the management ruined it.
One clerk was very rude and asked invasive questions, then became upset that i hung up on her. What the management doesn't understand or care about is there are plenty of other places to stay. The smell of weed was very strong. The ice machine is always broken; at least a month that I know of. Very rude signs posted all over the walls in the lobby, telling you not to use the chairs or tables, restricted to one waffle, one yogurt, juice machine is broken, they use a regular coffee pot, if you are lucky a piece of half spoiled fruit, no butter for the one waffle, limit the amount of coffee you drink, no ice on the yogurt (it tasted spolied). Management can't say the signs are about Covid because I stay at a lot of hotels and not one other hotel does this. The signs are very rude and disrespectful to the people who pay to stay there. Treating your paying customers horribly and disrespectfully isn't the way to run a business. If you rent to homeless people, then respect them. There isn't anything shameful about living in a motel. They are paying your bills. Don't take away their self-worth and humiliate them with demeaning and rude signs. Corporate needs to look at their affiliation. I rarely leave a bad review. I try to keep an upbeat positive outlook. You get what you pay for, so they say .... but no one should have to pay with their dignity.
