The location
The breakfast was crap. They advertise on site dining which wasn’t open.

The price was high , the property is in the middle of being renovated and the breakfast bar left a lot to be desired

The pools were closed, the breakfast was lacking, the room rate was expensive.

It was quiet and comfortable
The bathroom had hair in the bathtub, on the wall, on the toilet. The water didn't drain during a shower

The room was comfortable and the housekeeper was very good at her job. The only problem we encountered was that they were undergoing renovations which led to various issues but noise was not a problem.
Breakfast was okay with small amt of people but Sunday morning so many had stayed there that waiting lines occurred. Also the person in charge there did not keep track of items running out. It’s difficult to have coffee with a long wait for milk replacement.

Large quiet room which had both a desk and a table with 2 chairs, comfortable bed, plenty of vanity space around the sink, nice shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, free-flowing drain, non-skid tub floor and a handy grab bar). Ashley and RJ at the front desk were very helpful.
Furniture and bathroom could use an update. Not sure if the dark grout spots in the shower tile were mold or just dirt. The bathroom door had to be closed in order to get into the shower which meant a steamy room, despite the exhaust fan. Despite these issues, we were satisfied with our one night here.

The beds were very comfortable, well made, crisp and clean.
The front desk clerk was a little rude. He probably has seen everything at this job, and it might be his culture, so I didn"t take it personally. Although he did say my $100 deposit would be returned today, I am still waiting for it to be removed from my credit card.

the hotel is 55 years old the washing machine soiled my clothes the bathroom are small the toilet paper and tissue paper is a very cheap brand

Hallway smelled of smoke. 2 chairs and table were broken and so loose they would have completely fallen apart if we sat on them wrong. all the pictures were removed in the room, leaving just the hanging supplies. As soon as you walked into the hallway, all of the ceiling tiles were on the floor (redoing heating I assume) but no workers were actively in the hallway.

The area
The beds were hard. The pool was closed. The hot water had to be run for 30-40 minutes before it reached out room. The phone and clock were broken and when I called the front desk with my cell phone they said they were the only one there right now. Not what I'm used to from a Days Inn hotel! I think it was room 144?

I was surprised they had an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool and a bar/restaurant! Great surprises!

we were supposed have adjoining rooms and we did not get that, we came with little children and couldn't let them sleep themselves, it was a big problem.
the place was not so clean and had a smell.

The staff was extremely rude. The room was dirty and smelled. There was hair and fuzz in the beds. The shower curtain was stained and wet. There was no coffee maker in the room but coffee. The fridge wasn’t plugged in. The remote to the tv was sticky and had stuff caked up on it. We asked for extra towels and never received them. That’s the short list of things wrong with this facility.
