Would not recommend staying there.

There was a dense bleach smell and what appeared to be dried up bleach all over one side of the floor. The adjacent room was noisy all night and the room just wasn’t clean overall.

The staff was nice.

The room was not good. The chair at the desk was torn up. The chair by the bed was torn up. The paint on the building was wearing off. It just wasn't good.

It was decent enough

The hotel was centrally located, the staff was nice and the facilities were decent. The property was a little worn and there was a fence around it. A little disappointed in that.

Very disappointing. I will not be back.

I reserved a king bed and didn’t get it. Asked for a quiet room and got one right by the elevator. Door was also missing the latch and room was overall was not clean. Night clerk told me I would receive a discount at checkout. Morning clerk told me she shouldn’t have offered that. He said he would speak to manager and call me back and never did.

Room and Bathroom are not good. Management is not friendly. Bathroom was smelly and toilet flush was not working.

The price for the seven nights was good, however, the service, and appearance was lacked.

There was NO coffee available the first morning. I was told that the delivery had not been made, so therefore NO coffee was available. The staff member seemed insulted that I was asking about the coffee, and he never apologized for anything. I called the front desk and asked if housekeeping could leave bath towels and bathroom tissue outside my room door, the staff member said, "yes". I never received the items, and ended up getting them at the front desk very late that night. My request was made before 9:00 AM.

To be notified when checking in that there was NO coffee available. To be notified that construction work, hammering, drilling, and other nosies were going to be going on during the weekdays. The construction started before 8:00 AM. The trash bin outside was disgusting. The elevator had trash in the ceiling panels. The front entrance had many cigarette butts, and bird droppings, too. Outside trash cans were overflowing a few times, and someone was smoking pot near the entrance of the hotel. The windows need to be cleaned on the entire building. The lobby restrooms had no paper towels, and the handicapped bathroom stall was locked. (No one using it). Also, when a staff member was mopping near the front entrance, I needed to enter the building. She huffed loudly, as I needed to walk in. I do not like the animal friendly policy, either. Hard to sleep when a dog is barking.

Value Stay

We loved the location and ease of getting to/from our destination! Local food options were nice and there was also chain fast food near by. Bed was very comfortable and the room was exactly what we paid for!

The bathroom was clearly skipped in the cleaning process. No tissues or much of anything else, to be honest. There were curly black hairs in the shower, floor and walls, upon arrival.

it was really dirty, honestly it doesn’t look like the pictures, it had DOG POOP, the fridge was REALLY dirty, the RESTROOM as well and the room in general was dirty. I had my two year old daughter there, it was horrible

I didn’t like anything about this place

The staff was rude and really didn’t care that my room had not been cleaned before arrival . I went to the front desk to let them know amd was lied too about getting it cleaned . Some of the windows of the hotel were knocked out and stuffed with pillows and blankets ….. I’m really at a lost for words
