Pleasant

The breakfast was good and lots of options to choose from.

The hotel showed its age. The biggest disappointment was the shower not working. I had to go downstairs to tell them because the phone did not work. The attendant came up and fixed it so we could shower.

I did not stay at this hotel. I pulled up to check in to find the facility opened up, plastic over everything, sanding dust, carpets outside. The front desk stated that the fire marshal just approved them to open up. I was not satisfied with this and the fact that he said it just happened. This scene did not look like it just happened. ;

The staff was very nice and professional.

The room smelled, the refrigerator was not cold and this is important as I’m a diabetic and I have to keep my medication cold. There was no TV remote. We weren’t shown how to use the TV without a remote. That sounds petty but we couldn’t locate the manual knobs on the TV. The associate at the front desk agreed and apologized for the inconvenience. I was given a discount for all the issues which was greatly appreciated. Again, the staff was extremely nice and professional.

It was okay… not worth $120

Quite clean, not terribly over priced, easy to book.

Tv remote barely worked, side door entrance card reader didn’t work, okay staff, bathroom door placement cause me to hit my head twice on the towel rack. Sheets had holes, desk chair was flaking, sitting chair was filthy.

The first room we were given didn't have sheets on one bed. The sink was stopped up in the 2nd room. We asked for it to be taken care of, to no avail. We had to plunge it ourselves!! We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping . My reservation was for 4. We only received towels for 2. No fresh towels or bed make up for 2nd day. If you are not going to service room, there should be a sign stating that! When you've travelled 12 hours, these inconveniences can be annoying.

Room 219 big water puddle in front of toilet (bottom seal leaking} Changed room to 103 carpet dirty, Pop or soda stains on closet door ,Empty bottle caps on floor by bed apparently floor not vacuumed .

Very good

The bed was too high to the point where it was almost dangerous for me to try to get into it. I had trouble getting into it when I first went to bed if I had to get up in the middle of the night I couldn’t get back into it my husband had to assist me. I felt like it was an accident about to happen the beds are too high not everyone is 6 foot tall

It was ok, probably would stay again but skip the breakfast bar.

Location was good and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not real appealing. Eggs were cold, sausage was too greasy. Utensils, cereal bowls, napkins were not out. Front desk clerk was doing double duty in breakfast bar. When we arrived and checked in there were no towels in the room.
