Probably won't staye here again.

Staff was pleasant and help;ful.

Only one coffee cup, toilet tissue only 2 sheets left then we had to change the roll. No sugar for the coffee, NO shampoo, no kleenex tissues at alll.

Location. The street is off a main road. Almost an alleyway. GPS has difficulty directing you in. Upon entering the building, the is a heavy and dark moist odor of chlorine and the pool. The pillows on the bed are horrendous. 12X12 square pillows that belong on sofas and couches as arm rests, not bed pillows. Too small and uncomfortable, tossed and turned all night. The continental breakfast is inhabited by disheveled white people, appearing unclean and downstairs in their pajamas and night clothes, releasing a haze of must. Needs an updated rehabilitation of the building, it has a very institutional vibe to it. Will not stay there again, nor do I recommend doing so.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room.

Was put into a room right behind an extension of the second floor, with bright lights that lit up the room. Also, the double queen room had the one bed a couple of feet from the AC unit, despite there being plenty of space in the room.

For the value all was good! If in town again I would choose to stay again.

The location was perfect. The staff was awesome!

There were a few dried up dead bugs along the edges of the wall. Breakfast should end at 10 rather than 9. I thought the hot tub looked like it had slim on the top. We chose not to get in.

Will stay again, when in the area.

The staff was nice. It was quiet, comfortable and close to many resaurants. It's tucked up on a hill, so you don't hear the noise from the highway. Breakfast selections looked great, but it was busy, so we opted to eat elsewhere. We had a large truck and thankfully there were a few parking spots large enough to accommodate us.

No working toilet or TV in the room. No Refund offered. No call back, Never AGAIN

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Our toilet did not work. It was not fixed while we stayed there. We had to use the public toilet in the hallway. They did not give us a discounted rate. The manager was supposed to call me but she never did. The room I booked at two beds. When we arrived they told us they only had rooms with one bed so we had to accept the change. Our TV did not work. The front desk person called maintenance and troubleshooted with them. It had to be plugged into an outlet connected to the light switches. IF you turned off the lights, the TV turned off. The only way to watch TV at night with the lights out was to unscrew the light bulbs. It was ridiculous. A lady down the hall found bugs in her bed and brought them to the front desk while I was trying to get my toilet fixed. The front desk person would not help her or refund her either. She was angry.

The bathroom tile grout was broken and coming up causing the tiles in the bathroom to be really loose

Horrible stay

Everything from the time of check in to smell. Unworking tv, the noise was out of control even after several complaint by a few people the noise continued through the night. The room was NOT clean, didn't have enough towels and shampoo/soap. DISASTER----WILL BE REPORTING THIS HOTEL! WILL NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY IN FUTURE!
