It was a nice place to stay.

The room was spacious and quiet. Staff was helpful and cheerful and quickly answered all my questions. Breakfast bar was well maintained and clean.

At first all is wonderful, until it isn’t. We have children and have never allowed them to disrespect a property or the

the staff was amazing and accommodating.

There were young kids running through all the hallways wet and pounding on doors and cursing horribly. it made for a very miserable night because of the disruption of the door being beat on by children and the noise of constant running in halls.Our refrigerator when opened smelt like something died. Our room continued to smell horrible. They kindly replaced our fridge however it was smaller than the first fridge and wouldn’t hold the items we brought with us. The only thing wrong with staff was they seemed to disregard our concerns at the time of check out. They said sorry and that since we booked third party it was out of their hands. They didn’t even resolve the issue with the kids running all over and cursing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is trying to enjoy time with their spouse. Your time will be spent answering the door to kids knocking or hearing them curse and run around the halls. The staff offered us free snacks rather than control the issues.

5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!!

Every single thing! I have stayed in many, many hotels in the last 30 years - from dives to 5 star, bathrobes on the back of the bathroom door type places & this place is the BEST hotel I've ever been in. From the second you walk through the glass doors to the time you check out, you are made to feel like you matter, like you are family. Great people, great rooms, great breakfast. CLEAN! They are also super doggo friendly - in fact, THEY LOVE THE FURRY TRAVELERS & welcome them with belly scratches & lovies!!!

The ONLY suggestion I could give is to throw up a fenced-in area for the doggos to run & play in over at the dog walk area.

Convenient, spacious and comfortable stop-over

Stopped here en route west from Black Hills to Yellowstone. Convenient location on edge of town. Good price. Room very big. Breakfast lavish. Good wifi.

Property beginning to look a bit tired but this probably accounts for the excellent price.

The breakfast was very good.

The air conditioner did not really work. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The vending machine was off line. The shampoo/conditioner dispensers did not work properly. The hair drier cut off after about 2 minutes.

Best Hotel in Gillette ❤️

Best hotel in Gillette!!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay and will use this hotel for all future stays ❤️ This was our first time ever staying here and the breakfast was delicious. All the employees were absolutely incredible.

If I must include something we disliked, it’s that the pool was a little too cold. I wish they’d warm it up a little more so my littles don’t shiver while swimming.
