The room was cold , close to Walmart and the venue we were attending! The front desk people were sweet and friendly!

Room was pretty clean and didn't have a nasty smell, bathroom was clean. Toiletries were complete. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is also near Smart Financial Center. Good location if you’re in town for events/concerts.
The pillows and top sheet felt like they needed to be changed/washed. It triggered my allergies. When you pass by the hallway, some rooms smell of something (Not cigarettes, probably weed?). But inside the room is fine, which matters the most.

No me gusto, en general nada, muy sucio todo el lugar, la habitación también muy sucia, la tina de baño no estaba limpia además que tenía muchos cabellos, las toallas muy manchadas, en fin......los pasillos olían muy mal.

Very dissatisfied. The hotel smells like marijuana complain to the manager and he said that he was aware about it. I told him I did not want to stay there because of the smell went out to my parking lot and there was a couple smoking marijuana out in the open next to my truck. I confronted the manager told him about my encounter. He said he could not control the customers. I told him it was his responsibility. To keep his tenants safe and I felt very unsafe. I told him I was going to leave and what if my refund he said he could not do anything for me because a I booked it through booking com I complain to one of the staff members that I was leaving and their response was, I’m not worried we have plenty of customers never in my 40 years of renting rooms have I ever encountered such a disgraceful hotel stay

It was a great size room, very cold and great central location.
The beds made a loud metal clanking sound, the bathroom door was difficult to close shut and unstick to open and 2 of our pillows smelled horrendously sour.
The halls and elevators are old, dirty and smelly. There's chipped paint all throughout the place.
And the woman in the front initially tried to make is wait another hour for our rooms until I asked for a discount, then suddenly our rooms were ready.

It was very clean and good breakfast.
The room was VERY small. My daughter, son in law and 5 grandkids stopped by for a visit while we were in town the only sitting furniture was a bed and desk chair. No couch or anything else

The TV in the room. Nothing else.
Apparently the place has been under construction for a year or longer. Rooms are being painted and new furniture has been added to cover up a lingering horror. Moisture and mold. Every room has a blackened ac filters. Rooms with flooring are permanently wet due to again moisture. I had to miss work today looking for another place as I booked a long stay.
This is a health hazard owners should shut the place down and rebuild the entire place. It can't be up to code and the receptionist did what she could she was super nice but it can't change the shame of this place. My daughter and I starting feeling ill. I thought 🤔 maybe the neighbor is smoking but nope. I turned the ac unit off right away.
So the keep the ac units running non-stop in the rooms to mask humidity inside each room. Please shut this place down. I'm probably going to be in my car tonight for this mistake. STAY AWAY from this place. I bet the owners never show up to even visit this place other than to collect money.

The front desk receptionist Sarah son was riding his bike around the foyer when we got there. In the morning her son was barefoot and touching all the break foods being served. At one point I was making a waffle and he picked it up with his hands out of the waffle iron and tried putting it on my plate, in which I said no thank you that it is yours.
Never going there again that is your place if employment not your home

The room was clean and had been recently renovated. The television was great, as well as the coffee maker to make hot water for some late night soup. The location is excellent next to local eateries as well as access to the expressway. Customer service was excellent and breakfast was warm and good.
We were in a room with a door that joins the next room and we didn't know the other guests, but they were a little loud and it carried over to our room. The tub water drained extremely slow so we were left to end our shower in a flooded tub. The new bed set up is made of metal so each time I turned on the bed it was squeaky and that became annoying really quick. Mattress was a little too uncomfortable for me but it was a place to rest so it did it's job.
