Location was pretty good, and I like their warm breakfast.
They can keep the breakfast hours a little longer. Even for half an hour can make a big difference.
2.5
good location. great air conditioner
in our room we had an ice bucket full of some red substance. when we told the front desk they didn’t offer a different one they just gave us a liner to put in bucket. we had to wash the bucket ourselves. The first night we asked for a blanket and we never got one because they had to wash them. the second night we asked again and we were given a thin sheet. the shampoo dispenser was broken. the room had mismatched paint in three locations. swimming pool was dirty.

The price and the 2 staff member, Stacey Journet ,and Eric
I am African-American woman, my mother and my daughter. We have very dark skinned it up and we use the face towels and the towels to clean our faces and the general manager, Stacy Henry after we checked out charge my car $250 and said that it was a make up and feces. we were racially profiled. I have been a general manager for years of a hotel and I would never also the hotel had blood on the mattress. My room dad requested on the first floor was not available. The white guy who was checking me in knew nothing had a bad attitude, there was no towels floor was dirty sofa bed had mildew and mold that was room 110. They nice guy I think it’s a black guy name Eric he said let me clean another room for you which was 112 steel. It was not to the part that we needed and I’m also a nurse and I’m very offended that the general manager Stacy, Henry would accuse me and my mother and my daughter of putting feces on a towel when I’ve been a general manager for years, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone until the general manager Stacy Henry is removed. She’s a horrible person. She has no values and clearly it’s unprofessional and I will continue to fight for my money even if I have to take them to court and I am so serious and It was just the disrespect of the general manager I’ve never been insulted at my character in my name to be tarnished like this woman, did I would never I promise you I will never, and I suggest you never if your dark skin women and you feel like you wanna wipe your makeup off please don’t go to this hotel because she will charge you $250 for towels and let’s clear this up never was the room clean in four days and three nights no housekeeping nasty disgusting but I had no choice because it was Mardi Gras in Lafayette tLouisiana in the hotels were very limited.

the staff training tried to be helpful with what they to work with.
The hallway to our room had a smell hard to describe but I can’t get it out of my nose, everything was run down, not the staff’s fault ,it looks like the hotel has been upgraded in long time .

Nice staff, ok room (2nd one, first was borked)
Had to ask for supplies even though we booked ahead. 1ST room light not working, 2nd room missing smoke alarm, table sticky, can hear everything next-door. Only one person assigned to do reception, housekeeping and breakfast! ? Not fair on them or us.
