The beds were comfortable. Liked having a good size freezer/refrigerator. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was OK.
Extremely noisy air conditioner.
Would have liked sugar-free syrup for my waffle!

The updated rooms with vinyl flooring instead of carpet so you could see they were clean.
The back exit door closest to my room did not have a working key entry handle so ‘guests’ kept propping it open with the top of the cigarette depository and leaving it this way the whole time so they wouldn’t have to walk the 50’ to the front entrance and then back through the hotel to their rooms. (Sheer laziness and disregard for women travelers safety by these other supposed guests.) I informed the front desk staff that this was occurring continuously and that key entry lock wasn’t working. The original guy said they would tell maintenance and have it looked at and fixed. They did no such thing as I kept kicking that prop out of the door and pulling it shut. That was another thing wring with it. That door did not shut completely. Probably BECAUSE it has been being continuously propped open for who know how many days, weeks or months so it is now warped open. This made me feel completely unsafe. As well as it making the hallways (both on the first floor and the second floor) of that wing of the hotel very hot and extremely uncomfortable since it was over 100 degrees that day and the day before. I mean…people occasionally prop an outer door that’s closest to their room open to bring in all their stuff. Especially if there is no elevator to bring your things from the front lobby as this hotel is set up. But I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the outer door was propped open like this 24/7 with such utter disregard for safety. And that the staff allowed it to continue unabated is reprehensible and negligent.
Also…breakfast if was horrible. The eggs were..gag..GREY. And the sausage was extremely undercooked. No variety in the cerise. Just pretty much utter garbage.

I love how clean and spacious the rooms are. The staff is very friendly and with the new renovations the place looks brand new.

Clean and close to the event i came to attend
Description said free breakfast but all they served was cereal, danish, and coffee. They were out of juice. I only had one set of towels for two people in the room. I asked for towels and was told I had to find the housekeepers working around the hotel to get them myself.

Nothing. I refused to go inside because it did not meet expectations as advertised. I paid way more than what this is worth and it looked like a dirty low class $60 motel. It’s not up to La Quinta standards. I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel but my goodness I expected to be in a normal decent hotel. I was afraid to take my young children inside because it was so filthy outside. The windows were filthy and curtains falling down. I saw red tape inside through the windows on the first floor like it was a dilapidated construction zone. I didn’t want to even enter or leave my vehicle in the lot so I had to forfeit the fee I paid and found a better hotel nearby which charged the same price and much safer and cleaner. I would not stay here. I would rather sleep in my car.

They were really disrespectful

There was supposed to be breakfast. The place was under construction and there was no breakfast. Fire exit was blocked with broken vending machine. Secondary entry door electronic key reader didn't work so the only entry was the main entry.
