I didn’t stay but was still charged

I was treated like a criminal and left.

It wasn't the best but it was convenient.

The location was convenient.

The bath tub wasn't clean. The mattress sunk in when I sat on it. People had dogs there barking and running around when we left. We almost hit 2.

Location and price were good. Everything else was quite horrible.

Our room didn't have the bare minimum when it came to toiletries. I asked the front desk for some extra towels since there was literally one face cloth. He told me they had no towels available. None at all. I had to pitch an absolute fit before he even thought about bringing me some. This was after I walked up to the front desk myself. Ridiculous service when it came to servicing the guests with the basics. It wasn't an unreasonable request even though they made me feel like it was. For the price though...I guess u get what u pay for.

Very poor

One of the beds in Room 131 is broken.it make a lot of weird noises each you seat on the bed or when you move at night. The bathroom was dirty it was not sanitized. My friends and I had to buy bleach and scrubs to clean the bathroom/ bathtub in order to take a decent shower.

Was looking for a pool to be open so my son could have a pool party but it wasn't open.

No Breakfast 🥐...

No breakfast and we had to pay for their sheets my son dropped some cake on, on his birthday. Like Really, I won't my paid for sheets. I will wash them myself, is not that serious.

It was a nice stay. Clean, quiet, good location.

There is no breakfast at this location. There is coffee. It was good.

There was just one member of the staff that was always very short with me. I didn’t like that. I have always been friendly and he was not.
