A little less than I expected from motel 6.

No breakfast. Location ok

There were a few broken items in the room: toilet paper holder, chair, a/c vent cracked. Bed was good and a/c cold- so …

Looking for a place NOT to stay

Location was about the best thing this motel has going for it.

Tv didn't work( notified front desk several times, nothing was done.) No surprise considering the gal behind the counter wouldn't even stand up to greet us., no amenity such as shampoo/ condition. None of the side doors were secure. Any one can come in at any time. The pool was so full of chlorine that we were choking and the patio off the pool, key card didn't work. Luckily there was a phone to call the front desk to let us back in. No fridge or microwave. We were probably in luck to get beds. Will never stay again!

nightmare at motel 6

they said on the website they had breakfast , they did not . The whole place was dirty , the pool area was so dirty my grand kids wouldn't even get in . We rented 2 room 1 room did not have hot water . Our bedding was dirty and had little lint balls from being worn out. and it was expensive not 53 dollars like the advertisement. charged me 169 for 2 nights for 1 room 76 for another room for 1 night

The room was clean and beds were comfortable

The 1st room we were given the lock on the door was broken. Attendant told me to hold card in door and then open door. Sorry did not feel safe in a room with a broken lock. So moved to 2nd room it was clean, beds comfortable But the Tv did not work, door on tv cabinet broken off and sitting next to desk. No icebox. We were exhausted from our day so just dealt with it.

The smell of pot desk was broken no microwave , coffee maker or refrigerator trash under sink in bathroom sink clogged. The desk and sink were fixed but trash was there our hole stay even after telling them about it. When I booked the ro there was nothing said about having to upgrade to get coffee pot , microwave and refrigerator.

You get what you pay for !!! The was a guy selling drugs at the back door the front desk guy called my room to tell me to be quiet when I was just laying in bed we ended up leaving to go some where else

AMAZING

Honestly everything. I pick this hotel over any other hotel in Bartlesville because of the few staff members! Samantha, Jordan, Dakota, and the giy with the glasses(he was mopping the floors today (1-29-23) , they are so awesome! So friendly! Alwaysing willing to help with anything us guests need

The room and staff were absolutely amazing. Samantha, Jordan, and dakota, made me feel so welcome here. They were always willing to help. They had a answer for every question I had. They were very friendly. They have GREAT customer service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. They keep me coming back.

There isn't anything i didn't like... my Stay here was awesome!

For the cost the things I would change are overshadowed! my boys loved the heated pool and the massaging shower head. I loved that it was pet friendly and the boys had a blast, plus the heated pool was nice.

I didn't go in with a whole list of expectations, however I couldn't get my door unlocked and had to ask for assistance which made me feel like an idiot. In the pool the metal hook that holds the divider was worn to be just a sharp point. The tub has spots where the coating is gone. But overall for what I paid it was still worth it

My first two nights was a little noisy had a dog barking but once they was gone it was pretty nice

There's a little more light coming in from the door then I think there should be and it's kinda noisy in the halls.

Although the facilities were lacking, I really appreciate the staff. They did all they could to resolve issues that came up during my one night stay there. I wish I could remember the lady's name that checked me in, she was great.

Things need to be fixed. There was a missing cord to the television. The shower had a very strong shower head and had a hard time keeping the water inside the shower/tub. The shower curtain may have been too short. There were no ice makers in use. The outside door on the backside of the property remained accessible into the late night

Fleas. I had to go buy some flea spray to spray down room, bathroom and bedding. Had to wash ally clothes because of the fleas and spray. Since there weren't rooms at other hotels, I stayed. Staff wasn't interested in offering any compensation. I was told motel was pet-friendly. But should spray if know how pet was in that room. I didn't have any pet with me.

Won't stay at this hotel again

Place was old, but clean.

The other guests were entirely too loud. We got no rest in any of our rooms. someone should of been able to check on how loud and rowdy guest were. There were only 2 towels in the room, no shampoo, and only one hand towel.

Everything was dirty. The elevator didn't work. There was broken light fixtures. And the doors coming inside was broken and could be opened by anyone.
