Competitively priced.

Hotel looking a little tired and could do with a makeover. It in saying that we were aware of what to expect and made our choice based on a competitive price.

Whilst staff were most friendly they did lack some knowledge on transportation.

Una vez hecho el checkout tienen disponible un cuarto para cambiarse y poder ducharse. Ideal para aprovechar el día y asearse antes de coger el avión de vuelta.

Por mencionar algo, iría bien hacer algunos retoques de mantenimiento. El desayuno es flojo pero aceptable.

More like a hostel or 2 star hotel.

Location was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Microwave was put in the room without charge.

On arrival the luggage man was miserable and unhelpful. Room was very hot. Breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced. Pool was like a plunge pool. It was tiny.

Great Hotel in Waikiki

The bed was comfortable and there was a big roomy shower also a full sized refrigerator, cook top and microwave. The room also had a balcony. A free continental breakfast was available. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops.

Nice hotel in a nice area

Nice hotel with breakfast included in the price. Situated in a nice area close to retail, restaurants and groceries and more importantly the Waikiki beach. Excellent bed and good facilities. Despite the slight negative check in experience they did upgrade our room which more than made up for it.

While we were not promised an early check in, we did contact hotel before we arrived and were told if possible they'd check us in early. When we did arrive (early morning with a 4pm check in) we were never given a definite time of check in, and instead told multiple times the room will be ready "soon" or "in a few minutes". While the 4pm check in did not bother us and they helpfully kept our bags, we would've appreciated a more concrete answer of check in time so we could plan our day better.

Hotel en el corazón de Waikiki

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el corazón de waikiki. La habitación es suficientemente amplia con una pequeña terraza y todo lo suficiente. la cama cómoda. El personal muy atento para resolver los problemas que los hubo (nos entró agua del piso de arriba). Nos guardaron las maletas sin problema.

Hay desayuno aunque regular pues todo tenía azucar (magdalenas, croasants, fruta escarchada). Con poco se podría preparar un desayuno un poco más saludable. Había solo un ascensor lento y antiguo con 11 pisos. Mucha riesgo. El precio es excesivo aunque Hawaii es muy caro y no encontramos opciones mejores.

fantastic location, close to shops and beach. Friendly staff let us check in to our room early as it was ready. Room was plenty big enough with comfy beds

ロケーションが最高！どこに行くにも便利な立地 ABCストアも徒歩2〜3分電子レンジや食事が出来る大きさのテーブルがあった質の良いタオルが沢山用意されていたレストルームが広くて使いやすかった

水圧が低く過ぎる照明が少なくて部屋が暗すぎる(読書は無理) カードキーが何度も使えなくなった冷蔵庫がもう少し大きいと嬉しい

諸税金が高くなったので、安めのホテルにしたが、諸設備は良く無かった。

ロイヤルバスセンターに近く、観光、移動に便利な場所だった。

コーヒーメーカーが壊れていた。レンジの置き場所が不安定で動くので、使用しづらかった。バスが古く、シャワーも使いづらかった。部屋の照明が暗すぎた。

Loved the location and the wonderful guy on reception, who did everything to ensure we were happy.

The man on reception was the best person in every way, and the location was perfect. The room was spacious and great to stay in.

Will be better once the upgrade to rooms and general building is completed, as it is currently great, but looking a litte bit dated.

ロケーションが良かった。無料の朝食付き。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切。ダブルの部屋に泊まったが、広々としていて、９階バルコニーからの眺めも悪くなかった。ビーチタオルやビーチチェアの無料レンタル。

設備・建物が全体的に古い。滞在中の１日間9:30から17:00まで停電があり、エレベーターも部屋の電気も使えないという状態だった。ほぼ１日ホテルの部屋が使えないのに、１日分の通常料金を取られたのは納得がいかない。3人で１部屋を借りたのだが、カップやタオルが2人分しか用意されていなかった。プールが思いの外、小さかったので使わなかった。

Amazing location, friendly staff, and clean room.

Location was super quiet, yet just a 2 minute walk from Waikiki’s main streets and beaches were pretty close. The hotel room was super spacious and clean. Cleaning staff were super friendly and tidied your room daily. Hotel was near some amazing food trucks and had a restaurant in the hotel, as well. Breakfast was simple but very good. On our last day there, they also had a singer during morning hours. We stayed here for 2 weeks with no issues, would come again.

Pool was small, but I mainly went to the beach. During breakfast there we al lot of birds, but enjoyed their company.

Oasis Waikiki - splendid!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, easy access and good location to Waikiki beach and transport. Pool and breakfast areas were very good and added an atmosphere of conviviality amongst guests.

The hotel rooms were showing some signs of age and would benefit from an upgrade.

Pleasant 4 night stay

Good location on lewers street and only a short walk to shops ,restaurants and pubs .10 minute walk to Waikiki beach. comfy bed and good quality WiFi.

Continental breakfast was very basic and I would of liked to see Bread , Butter and Jams made available. Pigeons were a constant threat at the food tables and also trying to steal your food from your plate. not very hygienic. Booking .com states there is a bar on site also happy hour but the nearest bar is a short walk away,not on site. Room was dated and the bathroom in need of an update, the bathtub especially as most of the enamel had come away.

I’ll be back!

We upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable all be it a little dated. For the price we paid, it was great value.

Little Oasis with alot

Hospitable staff who were very accommodating to our needs. Clean room and bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was more than enough to start the day. Soaking pool was good to just cool down and relax. Staff knowledge was really good. The fish pond and turtle pond was really relaxing.

Location close to the main streets, nice surrounding, kind staff. The room size was excellent.

The breakfast items were not offered according to the number of guests. If you had breakfast after 8am, you could not find many available items

Wonderful clean and comfortable hotel with lovely garden atmosphere like a mini resort

We loved this hotel and would stay again. Lovely staff who were always friendly and helpful. Spacious clean rooms had everything we need, huge bathroom, great toiletries, quiet air con, great wifi, fantastic convenient location, comfy huge bed. My favourite thing was the lovely garden terrace breakfast area and the fun breakfast included, and the little fishpond plus the swimming pool. It was so nice coming and going through the garden entrance every day. Also excellent big fluffy beach towels. Great location, easy walk to the beach and shops. Pickup stop for tour coaches is nearby in Seaside Avenue. Had a wonderful stay.

All it needs for improvement is to add some savoury items to the breakfast i.e. some hard boiled eggs and some plain toast and spreads.

Comfortable enough and close to amenities - staff very friendly.

We were upgraded to a penthouse unit. This gave us more room and a little kitchenette which was good as we were able to eat in for a few meals. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that the complex was locked after hours - safe & within walking distance of the beach, ABC stores and restaurants.

The continental breakfast was horrible - sugary and unhealthy food only, & the coffee was cold. The only fruit option was processed. Even though breakfast was included in the cost of the hotel we didn't avail ourselves of it after the first day. The unit we stayed in needed a lot of maintenance attended to and the furniture was rather retro. There was no kettle in the unit!

The location is good

Dirty over priced dump with small beds and rude staff. Poor value for money, but that’s the case for most hotels in the state. The breakfast was a joke… we skipped it after looking at how cheap it was (few cereals and pre packaged muffins). The valet parking was a disgusting rip off at $45…
