Underrated,has everything you need

Great location, price, loved the pool hours, everything was clean and great. 10/10 recommend. It’s not fancy but it was safe and clean.

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach. The pool was nice. The hotel is nice for the price.

I did not like how the AC unit did not get the room cold. I did not like how the part of refrigerator did not freeze food.

I loved the outside, it looked really nice on the inside from outside. They would not let us check in, so I don't know what it looked like inside. I wanted a refund becuz I couldn't even check in, stay in the room.

It was a good, reasonable hotel room outside of no extra pillows or bath towels for room.

The owner was very nice and he allowed us to leave our vehicle on the property and walk to the beach which was not far from establishment.

Pillow was flat and they didn’t have any extras for rooms. Not enough bath towels.

For the price, definitely would recommend the stay!

Looked as if the interior was partially updated and smelled very clean when we walked in. Good value for the cost!! Would stay again!

The pillows were not comfy and if the heater was not running, was super noisy from the cars along Atlantic Avenue… nothing that would keep me from returning!

The owner and staff were super friendly. Treated all of us like family. Neat, organized remodeled rooms. Smelled clean and fresh. The pool was big and available to our needs.

We booked a hotel on the water, oceanfront. However, Booking.com gave Us this hotel. We had to walk to beach. It was my daughter's 20th birthday, her gift was this trip. IT WAS A LET DOWN FOR HER. We paid for a hotel on beach for just her so she would be happy. I think the problem was we wanted 3 rooms together. Booking.com needs to fix this error. We stated oceanfront, we did not get it, and because we trusted Booking.com we didn't get what we wanted. The trip cost more money because I promised my daughter oceanfront. I will no longer use Booking.com or tell anyone to use the site. It basically made a fun birthday into a nightmare for Us.

I like staying at this hotel because it's walking distance and they have ice. I had fun staying here except the indian staff at the offie. The parking space is good and convenient. I like the african-american guy who welcome us during our stay.

They don't issue invoice.

Room was nice

They don't want to issue an invoice after I checked out. After they got my credit card info. I told them I've been traveling a lot and all the hotels that I booked with Booking.com issued an invoice as I checked out. The front desk was so rude and said some words that I didn't understand (he spoke a different language). Poor customer service.

Room was worth the price, location was great and there was no breakfast served

They had no smoking rooms and the person that was travelling with me smoked.

Disgustingly dirty, and unprofessional when it comes to organization.

Had parking.

The place is dirty! Bed sheets felt like hasn’t been washed in long time. Floor was filthy. Had to wash feet before puting shoes on cause of the dirt. Went to check out and they didn’t even have the correct name at all on our reservation and foreign guy kept asking if we were a Roberto…. Ah. No. Didn’t even have our name anywhere in the system yet charged my card. Very unorganized! Even when we checked in, the guy didn’t even look up once! Unprofessional. Will never come back to this one.

Location was very close to the beach and great price

Some of the people having around there looked very questionable but weren’t guests of the hotel. The first floor apartments are right next to the parking lot so there was a lot of noise all night.
