Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful.
Could not get out of the bathtub. Nothing to hold on to on the left side of the tub.

Courteous staff.
Hotel was dirty and elevator smelled.

The staff was very friendly and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast was better than I expected - coffee was a bit weak, but I enjoyed the make-your-own waffles and sausage & egg biscuit sandwich.
The building is obviously older, so not as updated or clean as I'd like. But everything was fully functional.

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Bathroom is darkly lit. Hotel is definitely the worst out of many I have stayed at during business travel.

The staff was great. The front desk was very helpful and made us feel appreciated every time we needed anything.
The water was hot and relaxing and the tub was a decent size.
We didn't use the indoor pool area but plan to if we stay here again.
We were visiting family, and the hotel was convenient to them and many places to eat.
Thankful they had the carts to bring all our stuff up and down. Very convenient. Everything was clean in the lobby and Cafe area. Staff was very nice.
(My didn't like was full so here's another tidbit that was a little aggravating with small children.)
I would recommend some non slip rugs or at least something like a fan or person posted to dry the floor occasionally everywhere, because the pool downstairs obviously didn't require you to fully dry when leaving and towels must not have been provided. We didn't use the pool, but there were always people in it when we came in and out a few times.
The floors weren't carpet anywhere for that very reason and there was water in every hallway, leading to the elevator and leading down every floors hallway to various rooms. It was dangerous especially with the freezing temps outside and inside making it slick to walk on. There were footprints and puddles of water everytime we left the room, except before it opened (9am) when we were leaving.
(Back to did like)
To be so close to the airport, we only heard 2 planes the whole time we were there *5pm to 8am*, and that's amazing because I hear 5 to 6 a day where I live.
The room was o k but there's more I didn't like about than did. It was a basic 1 king bed room with bath on the 3rd floor. Fridge worked well. Had 2 guest phones which was convenient if you had local business and no other phone.
The hotel room was as expected, but was hot the whole time, which made the room uncomfortable. It took a while to get some cool air in and we couldn't get the windows open or we would have let in air from outside. It was very cold outside, but the room held heat even with the air conditioner on, which we ran the whole time. It was only at 7am did the room get down to the 68 that we wanted while it was 21degrees outside the hotel. The TV was on the fritz, and the remote barely worked. Never found an ice machine, but the bucket was in the room. The toilet was loose and wiggled every time you sat on it, plus there was a constant drip at the sink tap. The ceiling had a crack as you entered and also needed some touchup because there was a leak at one point, and it looked rather bad. The wall plugs were a disappointment. I found 3 that would actually hold a plug besides the 3 that were being used for the coffee pot, TV, and fridge walk. The rest were so loose that the charger wouldn't stay plugged in, including the decorative lamps everywhere that had plugs in them, too. There had to be 20 plugs in the room, and only 6 were usable, but 3 were taken. Lol. There wasn't a stopper for the tub, but a fingertip towel worked fine for a soak in the tub. The shower was also low so 6ft ppl have to duck a bit, and it didn't move up or down to adjust.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. We got there at 730 (started at 7). I started at coffee and filled up my travel mug with gourmet regular coffee (meh) which was hot at least since the temp was frigid outside. They were out of milk, so the worker had to be tracked down to replace it and a few other things they were already out of. They have 2 cereal, a muffin/honey bun, biscuits, sausage, egg heated tray. biscuits in foil and were small, looked like they were from the frozen section. The sausage franks were shriveled. Eggs were powdered. A few juice options. Could have been a lot better.

The staff was very courteous and the lobby/breakfast area was cozy and up to date. We loved the indoor pool and our suite was larger than we expected. They're also pet friendly with only a $20 charge per pet.

The indoor pool was nice and clean. it was easily accessible. the breakfast was one of the better complimentary breakfasts we have had. there was sausage, eggs, biscuits, grits/oatmeal, muffins, waffles, cereal, and bananas. there was also three options for juice. this was a nice tough and saved us a bit on having to go out and get breakfast each morning. we were here for softball and it was super close to both parks my kiddo played at. lots of doordash options but many restaurants got our orders wrong repeatedly, so I don’t recommend ordering from doordash. the only complaint I had was the lobby smelt like marijuana at night. regardless who does what on their own time, I feel like management should have addressed where the smell was coming from and put a stop to it.

Bed was comfortable and hotel was in a good location for my first visit to Alabama.
There was 2 bath towels in the room but only one face towel

Location was great. Grace at the front desk was very friendly and nice. The bed was clean. Pet friendly facility
The room was not clean. The floor was very dirty with pet hair and dirt. Grace actually came and swept and mopped it herself since housekeeping had left for the day. The room furniture was broken and dirty. The tub was dirty, rusty and a lot of mold/mildew on the tiling. The walls have zero sound proofing

Breakfast was nice, building was modern and aesthetically pleasing both inside and out.
Construction outside and we were given a room with plastic covering the window so we had no view outside but it wouldn’t even qualify as a mild inconvenience. Still a very nice stay.

Thank you Absolutely the cleanest hotel.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious, hotel was quiet and pesceful
The public restrooms in the hall stopped up as well as the toilet in the room. Seemed to be having issues but maintenance got the issues taken care fairly quickly.
