What a nightmare in paradise

Location near the turnpike and 95, lots of local shopping

Overall the room needs a whole revamp, its great if you’re looking to take advantage of the fridge and the stove. However coming into the room the bed is ripped, the seats for the table need some tlc, and the bathroom overall was horrendous, inside the toilet look like they have a washing it was dead flies in it. Along with the tub like if there was dry paint and like specs of hard paint in it, I had to re-rinse the whole tub before I have my daughter take a bath.

Not worth the money

Like the location. Close to places we go to

Room was dirty and anything metal is rusty or in bad condition. Overall this whole property probably needs a remodel if this room looks like the rest of them. Also looks like people live in the rooms on the property.

I won't be back ever again

The room smelled terrible and was dirty and the door looked like it wasn't connected to the hinges properly. There seems to be alot of guests who live full tune at the property and the staff who are very friendly need help keeping the hotel clean. At check in the employees were very kind and helpful but it went downhill from there. The door to our room was so difficult to open we had to slam our bodies into it ti get it to open. We could smell the cigarette smoke from the other guests. The bathroom and carpet in the room reeked of body odor and the furniture was old and torn. We left the hotel at 3 AM and had to Uber to a clean and we'll kept best western. I would never stay at this hotel ever again

Everything was terrible. Nasty room that was unsafe. The staff members were the only saving grace for the dump of a hotel.

Bad

Nothing....everything went wrong that could go wrong. There was only one room on the first floor available but the door was jammed-no access. I could not utilize the stairs so at 2:30am I had no room.

The staff tried to help but gave up. I never got to stay overnight and I had a problem getting a refund. It took 10 days to get a refund

Disgusting, nasty, and francly that is very disrespectful and unfair to the clients.

Absolutely nothing

The whole place is nasty, disgusting, exterior is filty dirty, garbages are all over the place next the stairs, the room is full of cockroaches, I even took some pictures and video. Just disgusting, the worst hotel experience ever. That place needs to be shut down, honestly.

Stay away from this horrible establishment and don’t book using this again

I didn’t like anything about this place

That they never gave me keys and locked me out the room and had their lobby closed and staff gone in the middle of the night so I had to find another hotel. And I’m still waiting on my refund. The amount charged $257 was a complete insult and rip off for a place like this.

Hated, never again

Only thing I liked was the staff but these rooms are horrible roaches, the microwave is nuts it’s rusted out the floor was disgusting it was nothing like I expected at the prices they are charging they should be ashame of themselves

The floors needs to be cleaned , carpet needs to be cleaned the microwave needs to be replaced the stove needs to be replaced the tub this place needs a makeover whomever owns this hotel doesn’t care about it , it’s run down ppl throw trash outside on the stairs it’s roaches the fridge wouldn’t close I mean for the prices they charge a night they need to take proud in this hotel it could be a nice place if they put some love in it

The door of the room was locked to open, you had to push very hard. The lock had a makeshift and loose screw. The floor of the room was very dirty, it was seen and felt when walking on it. The sink was clogged, there was a lot of debris. The worst were the small cockroaches. They were everywhere, but more in the kitchen and bathroom. I told the receptionist and he went to the room, he checked everything I told him and he only told me that he would send someone to repair what was damaged and notify his boss. No one ever came, I went back to the reception and finally managed to speak to a lady, I think she was a supervisor, she told me that they were full, that they could not change my room, nor repair or clean, so she offered me a full refund, which still I'm waiting. The staff were nonchalant, like that wasn't their problem and even seemed very relieved that I was leaving. I had a terrible day, I am a foreigner, on vacation, I was driving around in my car until 11:00 pm because it was the end of the year and there were no accommodation options available in the area that would fit my budget. My anxiety shot up to a thousand! Finally, almost at midnight, I found a clean and comfortable hotel. please give me my money back! Booking.com says that you must reply to an email in order to get a refund. please reply to Booking.com and return my money. I just want to forget this bad experience.

The room had roaches. The paint in bathtub was peeling badly . the carpet was wet and attracted nets to be in room. No ice trays were available at front desk. The room phone and blow dryer didn’t work in room.

A Good Place To Lay Your Head

It was close to stores in the area, quiet at night, and it was the first time I had a room with a normal refrigerator and a stove.

The door to my room stuck sometimes making a loud noise.
