I will never stay here again! My parents stayed in a different building, their room was fine.

The “breakfast” was only granola bars or packaged muffins. We did like the coffee and creamer. The location was perfect for our occasion.

I have been double charged. Once by booking.com and again by Extended Stay America. The room was absolutely filthy. The rug was very stained and torn up! The bathroom sink was filthy and cracked. There were at least 30 cockroaches.

Never ever again.

The free parking was probably the only okay thing here.

The bed was stained. The staff was rude. The area is horrible. The bath tub was disgusting. Charged me 200 a night for a place like that was ultimately ridiculous.

It’s served it’s purpose for what I need to get this time, But as I said, it didn’t seem to be safe

Location wasn’t very safe, When I arrived, there were people screaming and yelling outside and cursing. It appeared to be a place for not well reputable people.

the front desk would not answer the phone once we checked in so we could get clean items! we left after trying to sleep

location

the property needs to be freshen up. everything is old and in bad conditions. the only thing that separates you from the outside it’s a very thin glass window. I felt very unsafe. breakfast was included in the price. I wouldn’t call it breakfast. it was muffins, nature valley protein bars and coffee. I have stayed in cheaper hotels and I have had a good time. this was just awful

The room reeked of cigarettes so badly that our clothes smelled like the room after we left. Also, there was no ice machine.

All towels had hair, body odor stench in the pillows, a granola bar it's not a breakfast

The staff does not help with the inquiries or help for example there is no umbrella provision, you can not obtain a needle. The check in y so late and check out so early. It is pretty dark inside the rooms.

Do not stay here

bed was comfortable, A/C worked, tv and wireless worked.

room wasn't ready at 3pm as advertised because they were not done cleaning the rooms so I had to come back and then had to wait half hour before someone was at the desk to check me in. I had luggage and they put me on second floor although they had bottom floor rooms available. difficult to open and shut the door, carpet frayed, bathroom sink clogged water backed up, shower had poor water pressure, tub dirty or stained,, clock was not set at right time.
