Very friendly at check-in and housekeeping was very pleasant. Very clean, comfortable bed.
Wish there were regular scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong,. The gentleman that was cleaning the tables and the breakfast area wasn't very pleasant. It was like you were in his way. Wish there were bigger bath towels.
4.5
breakfast good, kid love the swimming pool, great cleanliness
5.0
Convenient to beaches, trails, stores and amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available to assist.
The indoor pool was chilly but other than that there really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The breakfast was great
Bed was not very comfortable. It was very noisey and there was no hot tub as reflected in the online description of the property

The room was very clean and perfect for a family. The staff was by far the most courteous and kind staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel.
The pool was had a lot of chemicals. My eyes were burning and I didn’t even go into the pool. It also caused mild contact dermatitis on my sons legs

staff was exceptional. location is convenient to everything. ample parking.
The bathroom had hair all over & the “clean” folded towels were damp. There were ants on the bedside tables.

free breakfast was good. facilities were clean. front desk staff very accommodating. Katie is a star.
bathroom door opening toward the closet was cumbersome.

Coffee was good, staff was nice.
In room 318 where I stayed, the bathroom door was not level and creaked very loudly. The crack at the top of the door was almost an inch and a half wide, allowing for a beam of light to shine directly into the bed where my wife slept. I always keep the bathroom light on with the door closed at night so I can see when I get out of bed in the dark. Upon checking out, we mentioned the creaking door to the front desk, and she stated “oh it’s crooked right?”. So it shows the hotel was aware of the problem and still refused to fix it. Maintenance could have easily tightened the hinges or reset the door to fix the issue. A big deal? Not for $120 room. BUT for almost $600 a night in the Newport area at a HILTON is unacceptable.

The location was fine for our purposes.
The bathroom was dirty. The shower floor was slimy. The floor was filthy. Not much as far as toiletries. One tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Too tiny bars of soap for a three night stay. No room darkening curtains. Just sheers to cover windows. The kitchen was fine except the ice bucket was held together with masking tape. No maid service. Had to request towels or any other service. The lights in the bathroom were not great. Very difficult to apply makeup. The shower also needs a light as well as water pressure. Cobwebs in the corners.
Most hotels offer a book with restaurant recommendations, sights around the area, etc. Not even a pen or pad of paper was included.
We paid $1631 for a three night stay. May as well have stayed at a Super 8 hotel.
I consider that amount of money to be exorbitant for what I consider to be budget we accommodations.

Breakfast was good. Location is near to lots of stores and places to eat.
I wish they provided extra coffee, creamers in room .

Staff were exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. That makes all the difference! Great that they could offer full breakfast buffet again and even one evening reception. Was hoping for a good stay this time around, as we were here just before pandemic struck two years ago - was more than pleasantly surprised! Kudos to all! Looking forward to returning!
Management's decision to toss huge beautiful live plants that greeted guests in front lobby! What was somebody thinking?! We even offered to save and take one home with us. Made our departure a little sad. Oh well!

Everything was ok
Location is not special and the AC in my room was noisy

Apartment style room was perfect. Good variety at breakfast.

Location very good. Breakfast average. Staff friendly
Had to ask for room cleaning or it did not happen. We are in a tourist area so pricing most likely reflected that. Otherwise felt it was overpriced for the accommodation. Embassy suites breakfast is far better.

Almost everything was great!
The beds are a bit too hard, including the sofa bed, and both would benefit from a mattress pad.
4.5
Quiet rooms, cleanliness, and best of all, friendly staff.
I don't have any objections

Breakfast was excellent- choice of boxed breakfast. The gentleman who took care of me was 100% terrific! There were so many choices and he was so patient...”don’t worry, you’re on vacation, right?” 😃
We tried to go out and sit in the patio area but someone was smoking a very strong cigar😕
