Great place. General manager, nice and friendly. Right person to be GM.

The view, absolutely beautiful.

Shower, hot water little sensitive. Did like to leave. I had to fly home.

My stay was shitty!!!!

The location was good thats about it.

First of all for the price I paid I expect my room to be clean. I walked in and the restroom tub was disgusting like someone showered in there shaved and left all their hair all over the tub. Called front desk to have them clean while we went out to a game. Came back still was not clean. Called once more house keeping finally came and semi cleaned it. Finished cleaning it myself, because I wanted to shower and relax after being on the road all day. Well much to my surprise the shower pressure was horrible it took me an hour to completely shower comfortably because of that shower pressure and to top it off the tub filled with water it would not drain while showering. Our carpet in our room was lifting from the ends of the room almost all the way around. We took pics and recorded conversations we had with staff because this was by far the worst experience ever.

Location was great, staff was friendly and beds were comfy.

The room wasn't cleaned correctly - stuff from previous guests was left in the room, wasn't vacuumed, coffee machine didn't work, and no hot water in the shower either.

Location was great, but we will never go back because of the accessibility issues.

Accessibility was awful. The handicapped parking is on the opposite side of the hotel from the elevators. The accessible bathroom was so small, my disabled husband had to back his walker up to get into it. If he had had a power chair, it would not have fit. Bathtub was not accessible, no shower chair. Elevator doors closed so quickly, we missed several because we couldn't move fast enough to get in and hold the doors open. We will never stay there agsin.

Totally disappointed, had stayed her before would not stay again in this type of room. Room 424

I had an excellent dinner at the bar when we arrived.

The room was handicap accessible, which we are not. It was cold when we arrived and extremely hot after maintenance fixed it. I returned home with a cold from the extreme temperature changes.

Concert

I loved the view and the size of the room. It was clean and spacious. The front desk clerks was very nice and helpful.

The bartender wasn't a people person. He wasn't nice. I really didn't like the fact that you couldn't open the balcony doors. The reason I get ocean view rooms is to actually enjoy the view and you really can't do that through the glass.

Room had a great view. Great location for walking & sightseeing. Front desk staff nice & helpful. Pool was good but wanted a hottub & didn't have one sadly.

No complimentary breakfast. Totally unusual for Holiday Inn Express. Lighting was poor. No table or counter space for coffee & microwave to use. They were stacked on each other, so dumb! Did not like having to pay $15 daily parking garage. There was a Holiday Inn owned lot across the street that should have been made available for those of us not wanting to pay to park. Wanted a hottub.

The beds were comfortable. Nice scenery.

The refrigerator didn't work till 2 days later when we were leaving. The hot water worked off and on for approximately 30 seconds then got cold. Housekeeping never refilled our coffee pods and condiments. Carpet felt nasty and turned our feet black, defenitely could use a good shampoo.
