Excellent staff. They truly catered to our needs.

Proximity to everything and it had a pool with complimentary towels. The staff were very friendly and always smiled and greeted us.

The room was dated and could use a refresh. Our tub was cracked and you could feel/hear the water under it as we showered. The toilet tank lid was also cracked but it didn’t seem to affect its use. The balcony was a bit too narrow to truly enjoy. However, the beds were comfortable and the linens felt fresh & clean.

Great Stay at Tides.

Madeline was great. She upgraded us because rooms became available. She also had champagne in our room for our anniversary and birthday. Katie was an excellent server at dinner!!!

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful and restaurant service was good.

Location is good.

We had multiple water issues in our room. 1. Upon arrival, we noticed there was condensation water from the AC unit on our balcony, making it almost unusable. This was reported several times, but was never fixed. 2. There was a water leak through our ceiling and onto the floor just outside our bathroom. There was a strong storm on our first night there, but we were on the 5th of 9 floors and should not have had such a leak. This was reported, but never fixed.

Good

The location was close to shops, restaurants, and the ocean front balcony. The people were all friendly. The coffee shop was nice. It was pretty quiet and not too crowded.

Cost was extremly high and didn't even have a microwave in the room. The smell of air freshener was extremely strong and smelt like musty cologne. It was all you could smell downstairs and took away from the beach experience. Literally would still be smelling it after I walked outside.....

amazing!

beautiful, our room faced the ocean so we fell asleep listening to waves crashing on the beach. staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jay who manages the parking lot. he helped find a place for our truck & trailer, secured with an orange cone so no one hit us & spent 15 minutes telling us about the food spots in town to check out while we were visiting.

On the middle of it all.

Jay and Stephanie were the best at helping us out. All questions answered. Located in the middle of everything. We packed our car and didn't need to move it til we left.

Loved the area, hotel, employees(except that one), and beach. Would definitely come back.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great view. Beach was only steps away. Food in the restaurant was very good. Hot. Affordable. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one day because I was headed to Florida. Would definitely come back. The day I came they had opened the pier up that day(which was ahead of schedule), I love to fish, so would come back to fish from the pier and enjoy the sites. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

When I was checking out there was an employee at checkout area that had to be on some type of controlled substance. She was speaking loud, playing loud music in the lobby from her phone(it was around 430 in the morning), overly friendly (kept hugging me)... just very off and strange. The other lady at the desk was an older lady, she was very nice, enjoyable, and "normal".

Beach view room as promised

Right on the ocean. Great view from the room. Pool area and outdoor bar were great. Nice choice of restaurants nearby.

Room was clean but needed some TLC. Lots of chipped paint, cracked tiles, etc. Shower water never got past lukewarm. Only one elevator was working. Took forever to get up or down from 6th floor room.

One elevator that will get you into shape

I liked the location of the hotel.

The hotel only had one working elevator and we weren't able to utilize the elevator twice from the fifth floor due to it being packed with other hotel customers from previous floors, so we had to walk down five flights of stairs.

The staff was wonderful. It was older hotel but very well updated.
