I really enjoyed it and I’ve already recommended it to several friends and definitely look forward to coming back next y

It was very clean and very quiet… and close to everything that I needed

There was a little bit of construction going on, but nothing that interrupted my time being there

Good price, comfy bed, but a little dirty and grimy!

Comfortable bed.

Our room was dirty. There was dirt and grit build up in the corners of the bathroom. The floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty water and the worse part was the hand print and smudges all other the head board. Really gross. The only reason I didn't ask for a different room was because they were fully booked.

Could not open the door without assistance from staff. Hair dryer made a terrible noise, smelled like electrical fire possibly, the end of the dryer blew off when started. I did not leave it on and I reported it to the staff.

Passable

We stayed here due to the freeway shutting down for 8+hrs.... so it gave us a place to stay. The staff was friendly so a big shout out to the late night staff. We were exhausted and it was pretty late at night, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Our room had flying bugs on the wall/lamp shade. One ok.. it happens. But when there are a few, then I get creeped out. A hotel room shouldn't feel like camping in the great outdoors.

It was alright , over priced.

I like the new beds and it was clean

I didn’t like that I had to park a building over due to lack of parking, and walk in dark with my child alone to room. I didn’t like ac unit made loud noise all night, the shower made allot of noise like i would fall through, and last that we were right by a gas station.

Decent price, Comforting stay

The staff was friendly and the fridge in the room was bigger and nicer than the ones at Days Inn. Nothing fancy but everything was nice. All the lights and plugs worked. The water got hot right away (a good thing) and the breakfast was great!

The ac was a little too close to the bed but it worked great. I really don't have anything to complain about.

The wifi connection was terrible, the carpet had stains on it, the sliding doors under the sink were broken. Etc ,etc ,etc

Green Tree is a my choice in accommodations when traveling to a Prescott Valley.

Convenient snack shop and complimentary plates and forks. Comfy bed. Great smelling lotion! Pool a little green.

Dirty in bathroom. Being toilet paper roll absolutely scummy. Time for a deep clean.

Will stay here again

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, it was quiet and the staff was amazing we didn't take advantage of the breakfast this time.

The light went out in our bathroom and had to take a shower in the dark. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower. No decaf selection for the coffee.

Quite a few maintenance things need to be done in the room that really wouldn't be hard but would make a huge aesthetic improvement.

Toilet is old & the flask was rigged. Not enough lamps in areas you need them. The outlets are old

The toilet would not slush correctly. The next day the toilet overflowed & flooded the rm. Rm 110 to be exact. I had to request another rm. The maintenance used a shop vac & didn't have the courtesy to have my family exit first before cleaning, until I asked him if we could grab our belongings.

Front desk people were very nice. Had a few room problems and they took care of it right away.

First room the heater didn't work but since it was late they brought us extra blankets.

Phenomenal Staff qnd Property

The entire staff and I do mean the entire staff are phenomenal!! Robin the new GM is absolutely AMAZING!!

There is nothing I do not like here at this property.
