Disgusted and upsetting.

Reception behind a bullet proof shield. Torn up vehicle parked in front of my room. Receptionist unfriendly . There was a blood stain on the curtains and MOSTLY the bed sheet were SOILED and the hotel is not refunding me. I did NOT stay when I turned the sheets down and found this huge bodily fluid stain at the inside foot of the bedding. Check photo. Booking is passing the buck to the hotel and vice versa. Very upsetting.

Great for the Price

The room was clean and comfortable, everything was in working order. The furnishings were updated. We stayed for a concert and the location was great.

The way the check in office was set up made it hard to hear the receptionist. there were some holes in doors and walls that were poorly repaired.

Inexpensive-clean and good furniture. Not for long stay - good if just stopping on your way through

The room looked and seemed clean. The furnishings and the flooring were newer. It was quite inexpensive. Okay if you are just stopping through while traveling.

Smelled of stale smoke. Each door enters from the outside, so feels less safe. Rooms are small, Not for a long stay, but alright if just passing through. When we booked through this site, we were promised a cot, and when we got there, they did not have one, so we actually had to book a second room. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

Not bad

My only problem is paying a $100 deposit when you come for any damage to room a new policy only at this facility .

See above and also need to have coffee and tea available all day and sweet and low

The location.

Cleanliness, comfort of bed, lighting in the room, room very dark. Property allows smoking other then in the rooms. Butts all over the property. Pictures on this site are not of this property.

Quiet and clean

Deposit of 100 is required. REGARDLESS of how you book which sucks because if you don't have major card or no extra cash. You would have paid for a room you couldn't stay at and it's a non refundable.

It was a convenient location.

Some of the guests that stayed there were very sketchy. The room was very small, had an odd smell, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The price of the room.

The room was pretty dirty I had to clean it up myself before I brought my bag in. They charged 100 deposit and that's fine if the facilities were kept up properly. Good value tho if you need a room last minute. The lady at check in was pretty rood to. There's all these windows between us and I asked her to repeat something and she did it pretty rude like. Don't expect friendly staff but again good value for a quick stay.

It was a good budget friendly option.

Room was mostly clean. Bathroom need better cleaning. Beds were ok. Rest of room was clean.

People outside yelling and carrying on all night.

Great Location for the price

Comparing the price with other hotels in the area, this place was less than half so it was very affordable! Proximity to the woodlands and Mohegan sun was great.
