No place to park, cards didn't work properly to open door, neighboring room arguing, dope heads walking around outside, not worth the price, had to go down 3 times to get a comforter for hide a bed

The mini fridge wasn’t checked. There was ice melting and flooding the fridge from the previous customer.

Facilities very nice, furniture not at all satisfactory

The location was great. The building and facilities were quite nice

The bed in our room was worn out, it was lumpy and had a dip where people’s backside were. It was very uncomfortable. The couch was unusable, when you sat on it you sink way down and could hardly get out of it. The chair in the room was stained with I don’t know what and neither of us would sit on it.

Men's conference at ABC

The room was HUGE. The last hotel we stayed at in Jonesboro was so small. The bathroom was also very roomy. My husband and I are both bigger people and we really appreciated the room. The bed was very comfortable and staff were super friendly.

The ONLY issue we had was the pool. We reserved the hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in I asked if the pool was open. They told me yes. Only issue was the pool heater was broken (which front desk staff told me when I asked about the pool). We tried to swim but couldn't. It was just too cold. This was our ONLY complaint.

Stressful days but comfortable nights

Front desk Brittany was very pleasant. She politely answered questions etc. Room was clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I loves the extra pillows. But please replace curtains. Room was on ground floor facing the parking lot. When closed there was a sliver of window not covered. It was very uncomfortable because you wouldn't be able to see someone looking in and of course any light on in the room made it easier for someone to do that too.

The shampoo and conditioner in the room. I always bring my own toiletries, but I didn't this one time. The shampoo was so small it was barely enough to really wash my hair and it made my hair feel really dry. Please replace!

Nice variety, but it would have been good to have some whole grain options--toast, bagel. Hot water wasn't really hot--had to heat it in the microwave before it would brew my tea.

The heating system wasn't working when we arrived, nor was our phone. Went back down to the desk and the employee came up to check. she couldn't get it to work either so moved us to a new room. In that one, the television and phone did not work. Called on our cell phone and she sent up a technician who got everything going fairly quickly. Previous occupant had disconnected things to attach a gaming system which he said happens fairly often. Maybe that needs to be on a checklist between clients. Both people were extremely friendly and helpful. Would suggest something (light cotton sheet maybe) other than very thin sheet and thick comforter. We struggled with a comfortable temperature for sleeping--sheet not enough, comforter too much. We will stay with you again as it was convenient to almost everything (except our son's house).

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman working because he was very friendly and helpful.
