Needs lots of help

There was hair on the toilet seat. Dirt crumbs at the bottom of the bathtub. Paint chips or crumbs on floor in front of the closet. Paint peeling off the wall above the TV. No mattress/pillow protector on bed. Microwave was dirty( back wall and ceiling). No ac in hallway . Pieced together raw drywall and door at end of hall way. Out side can tell there was a fire in that area. Towels NOT neatly place on rack. TP on backwards rolled from underneath. Booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Out of order. Ok pool in working condition according to front desk. Went to get in the pool. More then gross. Film on top of water bugs scum. Bottom of had debris and dirt. Looked like like the bottom of a pond. Road construction made it hard to get to the hotel. Very disappointed. Will not be staying there again would rather sleep in my car. Oh the door lock for the entrance on the north side was not in proper working order. Had to play with the foor handle to get the door open. The ac worked great was very load.

Other than that, it was a great stay for our little weekend getaway.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good. Very convenient, so you can don't have to go to a restaurant and wait.

I think the breakfast area could be a little bit bigger. There was a big crowd and we had to wait for a table.

Again the bathmat. This location is centrally located near the airport right off the 10 in a quiet clean neighborhood. Ive stayed here twice and would stay again.

The swiftness with which Receptionist Ms Chelsey changed our room, when we complained of a noisy Aircon with no cooling at all. she was very professional. The breakfast was sumptuous though we woucl have more vegetarian options.

The Aircon in the initial room given tour was a big flop - it was noisy and did not cool the room at all. we were given a different room on Day 3 of our 5 day stay

Think twice before staying here!

Front desk staff was friendly. Use of Lyft to get to hotel was easy. Hot tub was nice.

A very unfortunate shooting left my daughters frightened and nearly stranded. After a concert, they Ubered back to the hotel which they couldn't near because of the police barricade. They were finally escorted in through the back door of the hotel by an officer who said the shooting had happened between cars in the street but had "spilled" in to the hotel. After a basically sleepness night of worrying about what that meant and how safe they were, at check out in the morning (before dawn) they asked the front desk person to call a Lyft for them to get to the hotel (this is a service provided by the hotel and how they got there the day before). The clerk said they were unable to do that but to try the hotel across the street. My daughters pressed about "what about through the back" or "we could walk and meet somewhere" but the clerk said they were unable to do anything and try the hotel across the street. My daughters were once again escorted by an officer, across the street, where they called an Uber to get to the airport. I am dismayed by the hotel's lack of a plan for lock downs. I feel all guests should have received text : about the safety in arriving at the hotel, how to get in to the hotel, how to depart the hotel. I feel the hotel should have had contingency plans to help guests and inform guests. When I contacted the hotel, part of their response was, "My employee did everything they could" and "your daughters still had somewhere to sleep." In the future I will take them up on their own advice and try the hotel across the street instead.

Seemed a little steep for the property but rooms appear clean

Staff was pleasant. Rooms appeared clean. Close to airport.

Repairs are needed. Holes in walls and looks like ran out of spackle to fix them. No water available for purchase for 2 days. No water offered during breakfast.

Three adult men coming for spring training baseball games. The hotel and location was perfect.

The room was good for our trip with three adults. The breakfast was well stocked with a variety of hot offerings. The location was great for spring training baseball games very close to Angels ballpark. The front desk and breakfast staff was helpful and very pleasant. The parking was easy and safe.

The bathroom could use some upgrading.

All the important things were done right.

Great location - easy to get to and close to the airport. When we made our reservation the site indicated there was a free airport shuttle but the hotel had changed to Lyft rides at $12.50 per person a few months ago. The hotel provided the Lyft for us since it was marketed as being included on booking.com - that was appreciated. There was a nice hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Bed was comfortable for us. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff and breakfast hostess were friendly and helpful.

We could hear the people above us walking around - otherwise, the place was nice and quiet. The tub had a chunk missing on the outside that made the bathroom look a little trashy.

A change policy and getting charged for airport shuttle was not pleasant

room was clean and spacious. breakfast was basic but great for me.

I was displeased that the hotel said they offered free shuttle to and from the airport. Upon arrival they mentioned their policy changed and I was charged for taking a lyft. In fact they updated their sign at the desk the day I was there.

Decent and clean.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in room.

The cooler worked but was very loud. Would have been nice to sleep with it on but because of the noise it made that was impossible. Thankfully it was cool outside so I opened the window to allow some air in and traffic noise wasn't too loud. I was too tired from the long travel that I didn't report it until I check out in the morning.
