Perfect for our needs

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff welcoming. Rooms comfortable and clean. Best of all for us was the availability of 24 hour tea/coffee in reception. Breakfast was good but little variety (to be expected as not usually a long stay venue)

All was good, except for the shower which only came out of one spout. Not reported as bath adequate etc

An ok place to stay. But really NOT worth the money.

The coffee (most important) was the absolute worst coffee I have had at any hotel ever. The breakfast was also very low budget and unappealing. I was at the hotel with several other colleagues from the Guildford Craft Show whenever one of them would ask what I thought of the hotel, all I would say was "coffee" and there would be groans in agreement. Everyone tried to get to Starbucks.

coffee room smelled very musty--even when I kept the air conditioning running. front desk was efficient but that was it.

Breakfast adequate. Staff kind and welcoming. Room and bathromm quite clean and comfortable.

First rm key given did not function, then rm safe did not work and could not be repaired. Shower not very full or hot.

Would definately stay here again loved the cleanliness and staff service

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet provided both hot and cold selection. Staff were wonderful and checked if everyone was satisfied before closing buffet, showed a very caring and personal touch. Staff were very accommodating with special request for stay also.

Great stay but breakfast was not very good.

It was a clean and comfortable room.

The breakfast was not very good. I would have liked a fresh bagel or some toast. It was mostly packaged unhealthy choices and the waffles and syrup tasted like pure sugar. Not a fan of sweet breakfasts.
