I personally will never use Booking.com for any reason. You advertised property's you know nothing about! This place is a dump that took my money and you helped them do it!
Nothing about this property was right!

A/c was never properly fixed due to the maintenance guy quitting and new one was trying to catch up with all the old stuff needing work.

When I arrived at the hotel I noticed that it was very dirty and outdated I asked to see the room before checking in the room was hot the AC was not on and it smelled and it was dirty I told the receptionist I would not be staying there asked if there was any paperwork I need to sign or do she said no I was still had to pay for the room for 5 days and did not even stay there false advertisement what I seen online was not what I got very happy about it

did not like
I killed 5 cockroaches in the room on the first night, I left the hotel and the hotel didn't refund me the rates I didn't use that I had already paid. Besides, there are a lot of people using drugs in the corridors
4.0
Nothing really
First the rooms had roaches and we had to buy cleaning supplies and something to control the roaches , second people there are not very considerate of others, third the pool wasn't functional at all, and last but not least it was trashy and not very well maintained

nothing
apparently getting lots of homeless people with vouchers. Noisy trucks in the parking lot. Lots of talking on the balcony near us late into the night. No hangers “on back order” according to one cleaner. No additional towels or toilet paper. Cheap, but still not worth what we paid. very run down, with lots of rooms under renovation.

Horrible experience! We didn’t even end up staying in the room. Found bugs in pillows and ended up checking into another hotel. Staff were friendly but only in office till 7 which didn’t help us with our issue.

This is terrible property. The room is very dirty, dusty and the ceiling is leaked.
the room was very dirty, went to talked to the front dest and they didn’t do anything about it since I booked with booking.com. I am very disappointed with the front dest agent was very rude too.

Nothing
Roaches, partying in the parking lot, hair in the bathtub, front desk person walked outside in the middle of checkin, no door numbers (unless you count duct tape with sharpie written numbers), roach traps in cabinets, nasty ac that did not get cold enough, dangerous enough to have security, nobody at the front desk after 9pm so you could not get your money back, nobody will respond to a voicemail, nobody will answer the phone, booking.com not responding either, hair on bathroom floor. Overall..... DISGUSTING. Didnt stay more than 45 min after we had to use our cellphone light just to see the room numbers to even find our room. Worst experience EVER. Oh, and the door to the room looked like it had been kicked in at some point. My guess would be a drug raid. Overall, NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT which is probably why the girl at the front desk left at 9 and there was only a dropoff box to throw the keys into and get get the hell away from this place

I stayed here last night and would have left immediately if I didn’t have 3 kids with me and from all my calls i quickly realized all the surrounding motels were sold out that night. Staying in my car would have been safer and more sanitary than our room. I should have known when I saw the many used cans of indoor fogger in the room that it was going to be a rough night. Despite their not so discreet “attempt” to get rid of bugs our bed was crawling with varied bugs including roaches. My daughter woke up so bitten all over by bed bugs I’m glad we were out of there first thing in the morning. We had to be at our sons race that day so we didn’t get time to get to the office and complain. All my phone calls today have gone unanswered! I realistically don’t think they’re going to remedy the room for future guests…just keep fogging the room and that obviously doesn’t work.

Complete disaster. We tried to check in after posted hours. We let them know a day earlier and called, wrote them multiple times without any answer. Fortunately Booking.com helped to change the booking. I wonder if the place actually exists or still operates. To that day they have not responded to the email sent, nor posted an apology. I should have read the reviews before. absolutely not recommended
