Very clean, professional staff but the room smells of mildew.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great!!

There is a mildew odor upon walking into the room. Although the room looked clean and presentable, it appears that since the windows cannot open (first floor) the room cannot be aired out. This gives a negative impression. Everything else was very nice, and the breakfast was great!!

Was adequate for our needs.

Breakfast time needs to be until 11am. Cuts off for those of us on vaca, we sleep later, never got breakfast.

Other than loosing out on breakfast, the pot holes turning into your hotel, are horrendous! Doesn't give off a good first impression of your hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The problem we had was that we had NO hit water. In worldwide travels … everyone turns hot water ON by turning the faucet to the left , cold to the right. We called the front desk telling them about the problem.

HOT WATER that works incorrectly. It seems that the room we had was hooked up backwards. No one informed us !! We had had a quite stressful day. Ready for a hot shower and bed. The rental house we had stayed in had a sewer backup and we weren’t taking cold showers. Anyway the handy man checked our water while we were eating breakfast. He explained that the water was hooked up incorrectly in this room , BUT we DID have hot water … although the staff all seemed to be aware of this except the girl on duty on the 28th of March. I am more frustrated with the lack of knowledge by the front desk. IF in fact this is the only room that has problem maybe when renting the room someone could be sure to tell you of the problem. Otherwise the stay was OK. We were off to the airport in the morning. We are older people who also had a problem with no elevator … 2nd floor was tough.

Comfy home away from home.

Breakfast was great, but the best part of our stay was the staff. They were so polite and friendly. We really felt that they did everything they could to make our stay the best it could be. The pool was great too.

The tub looked a bit old. You could tell the fixtures were dated.

Great place for a traveler

Very conveniently located. Close to the airport and lots of restaurants. Clean and a good breakfast.

The bed had an issue. It made a pop and groan when I sat on the side. As a thin, single traveler this didn't present a problem. I did advise the desk when I checked out.

no elevator for the second floor, so you have to carry all your stuff up the elevator. The beds were very uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work well in the room so it was warm and humid

There are no reastaurants for vegan or vegetarians close by.

clean property closed to shops, had coffee and tea 24 hours a day.

gym was too small, not as pictured, expected suite with bathtubs in main area was deceived by pictures and not contacted when noted if it was a problem, wrong suite ordered and specified during booking. When booking the room, I was also told pull out couch, which became a small seating area. breakfast could use some more variety on hot foods. also the Bed very uncomfortable. My daughter slept on the floor which was more comfortable.
