Great location (Even a great restaurant next door), Friendly staff, clean, safe place & pet friendly!

I have stayed here for years!! Location is perfect. Always kind staff, meets or exceeds my expectations every time! I feel safe when I travel there alone. I have a great time with family there AND they are pet friendly too!

Lovely room and staff, clean up the common area and get the elevator fixed if you are going to sell someone a third floo

room was very comfortable and clean.

I injured my back before leaving home and arrived very tired and sore only to find that the elevator was broken. hallways and stair cases were dusty and dirty like they had not cleaned up from a construction project.

Unaware of the renovation process and out of service elevator made my stay not worth the price

Elevator was out of service and the 1st floor was closed off so I had to walk up 3 flights to get to the 3rd floor and being a stroke victim and having screws in the other hip was very difficult for me

Comfortable and reasonable place to stay

Loved the non-smoking room. The breakfast staff was rude because I got there 15 minutes late and didn't know what the waffle maker was lol

It was not a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was, ok. The first day was these round "scrambled" eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was no fresh fruit. The fridge was stocked fine, bread, muffins, etc. The lady replenishing the food was hustling. She was on top of it. The next two days were sausage gravy and biscuits. Nothing I would eat. There were apples and oranges those two days. The lady managing the breakfast room was also cleaning rooms. She is a hard worker! She had our towels replaced and room cleaned up. She would say hello to us in the morning and in the hallway.

Here's what we experienced. The room was wet. The humidity outside for the days we were there was 98%. In the room our carpet was wet\very damp, very uncomfortable. The AC was on, keeping the room cool, but it was not taking out the humidity. I did not see any drips from the AC unit outside to get rid of any humidity nor did I see any heavy wet areas near the unit inside. The shower ceiling above the stall had green mold. Same with any caulking, black mold. The refrigerator was cool, not cold. We could not put any perishable items in there as it was not cold enough. Yes it was turned all the way up to its temperature.

All in all it was ok.

Climbed on a chair to screw in the light bulb in the bathroom. Handle fell off the shower/bathtub (set screw wasn’t tight), TV repeater was behind the cabinet and couldn’t run the tv until I figured that out.

Overall, a great place to stay.

The location was good for where we were traveling. The hotel was comfortable but a little dated. Some holes in carpet, mold in bathroom, etc., but not unbearable. Staff was very nice and helpful and my kiddos LOVED the pool area. Breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable.

Facilities were a bit worn and dated. There was no soap in the room when we arrived because of a late truck. The staff was very nice in trying to help with that, though.

Easy access and located near destination Breakfast included was very convenient and decent.

It was a large motel that happened to have many people staying that night. This was causing the noise levels with doors opening and closing on your floor to be a little more than expected.
