Very poor

Location, price, the big fridge with a freezer, and coffee early in the morning - 5:30 - were good.

The clerk was not very personable and gave a very vague description of how to get to my room. The steps to the second floor could use better lighting. There is no lightswitch by the front door so you have to find a lamp and then figure out how to turn it on. The bathtub was very slippery so taking a shower was perilous. I had to find the electric outlet behind the bed to charge my computer/ cell phone.

Other than the employees my state is not very good

Staff was very friendly. Staff was very helpful given the circumstances.

No breakfast was available.othaer guests were very loud late into the night. Did not have my reservation that was already paid. Had to pay a second time to get a room.

I pretty much got what was expected.

Room was fine.

There was no breakfast, only coffee which was warm, not hot. I love to read before bed but bulbs were much to dim to do so.

Stay Away!

Dereliction hanging about everywhere-stairwells, parking lot, balconies...felt very unsafe and it was loud-people shouting to each other. The only good thing was the location

Microwave was filthy, kleenex dispenser was empty, only half roll of TP on bathroom, no cup, shampoo, or coffee maker- breakfast area in lobby was not clean or in good repair to think of using. Room smelled like smoke

Loved the location. Ease of checking in. How accessible the rooms are Good heating Seperate sink and bathroom Microwave and fridge

There could be more working power outlets in the room The bathroom could be a bit bigger

the loud rude people playing music in the middle of the night. The bed was not comfortable at all!!!! They need to upgrade their mattress

Good price, but not what we booked.

We booked a room with a King bed, when we got to the hotel she said there were none available. The desk person had to call someone else to try to figure out how to figure out what rooms were clean. We were told our room was a King bed room, when we got to the room it was two double beds and we were too tired to deal with going back to the lobby and standing around more to change it.

The rooms are awesome and the comfy bed was a plus it had all the amenities that I needed it was small and right to the

I was a little surprised, outside it looked a bit rough! , when I got inside it was shockingly nice.

Not again !

Didn't trust the cleanliness enough to eat. Young man that checked us in was filthy dirty gross.The worst mattress ever. My wife had to set in the car at 5 in the a.m. to sleep at all. I packed up and were gone by 6 very unhappy.

Worst experience out of my 65 years. Was my fault to think to pay 88.00 and get a good experience. But was not worth 20.00.

adequate if only worried about cost, at 60 wld be worth it, 82 (what I pd after 6pm booking) it was a bit much

very clean inside room, the exterior of place is kinda sketchy especially in the back

I called because my husband forgot his cell phone and asked if they could mail it to us and still have not heard back. I just wish that someone could answer about mailing it to us since we live 7 hours away.
