I loved it here very nice clean beds and everything about it was good

They are super helpful and understanding and most definitely made me feel like I was at home

The room was clean. We had a sink leak & it was immediately taken care of.

We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. Sorry!

The checkin process! The young man at the desk helped me, he was very kind. Apparently I paid a booking company & not the Super 8 in Hutchinson, KS directly. Therefore it was time consuming going through the process of getting the money I paid the booking company transferred to the Super 8 in Hutchinson. Again, thanks to the desk clerk for helping me. I will not go through a booking company again.

It was okay for what I needed. You get what you pay for so to speak.

I thought the breakfast was good.

My room service. They came and made the bed once and changed out the towels. The remaining days they just changed out the towels. Never vacuumed the room .

Wish I could give zero stars.

I showed up 30 min after check-in, only to find out that my room was not ready, it still needed to be cleaned. I had reserved it 2 months prior. Anyways, I wait, only to get back to a room has not been cleaned, just the beds were made. Then, I took my own pillows, I accidentally forgot them. Now they are telling me that nothing was left in the room. 3 days in a row I have been told to call back and speak to someone else. Not sure who else to speak to. I know it was my fault for forgetting my stuff. But they have no right to steal.

Very satisfied with my stay.

The location was excellent as most places I wanted to go to were close by. Very much good value. I was informed by locals that it was remodeled.

A little scared at night as by myself but everyone nice. I heard remodeling done due to a fire caused by a hair dryer. I say get rid of the hair dryers or get nicer ones as the 1 in my room looked old. Another option is have newer hair dryers at the front desk for people to check out and bring back.

Basic accomodations, but not too bad for one night.

The room was clean and the value was good. It was located close to the stores I wanted to visit. The coffee was good. Staff was friendly.

Two room lamps did not work and the third one had a broken shade. The mattress had a low spot and needed to be upgraded. The breakfast was sparse unless one liked waffles. The room brochure said there would be scrambled eggs but none existed.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The overpowering smell of incense was nauseating. The broken outlet plugs were a fire hazard. The buzzing refrigerator, the bathroom door grinding across floor, the shower had no pressure , the tattered bedspread, and the daylight and noise coming through our door.

Not worth the money.

Location as it relates to the state fair grounds.

We checked in at 1130 PM, we were delayed to make sure the room was clean. It was not, the sheets were stained and shower dirty with hair. After checking in, I noticed I had 4 credit card charges on my account for one room. I asked the man in the lobby, he told me when I checked out, one would stay and the rest would fall off. Two days later, still on my card. The hotel staff said they would NOT refund the three extra charges because I didn’t alert them to it earlier, and it was not their fault.

The property was ok but needed tidying up to make us feel comfortable.

close to fairgrounds. Made up bed and supplied new towels on 2nd day.

It seemed stuffy. The room had laminate flooring which was ok but not cozy at all. Plexiglass and windows were filthy. Chair and hassock were dirty in room. Comforter had holes in it. Towel had stains when I used after shower.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed.

It is old and run down. After being in the hot temperatures all day, the air conditioner in the room was shut off. it took all night to cool it to a somewhat tolerable temperature. the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a used towel on the shower rod and hair in the tub.
