We as always enjoyed our family reunion. Not the hotel.

The TV had to be repaired to work, The smoke alarm had no battery and was hanging open, the bed had a fruit loop cereal in it when turned down. The stool and countertops did not appear to be wiped down. We got cleaner from the desk and cleaned it ourselves and when we tried to call the desk to report all this the phone did not work and it was never repaired. I would not stay here again. We had also requested a room on the ground floor and received a text that they could accommodate the request. They did not.

The location snd the pool

The cleanliness, the beds. Shower did not work, they told us afterwards how to work the handle. Also very old bottled drinks in the display of the vending machines. The bottles were actually sunk in in the sides

The bed was comfortable

Tub did not drain well. Carpet very dirty. The handle to pull the curtain broke. The pool water was murky. The ladder in the deep end of the pool was broken. It was inoperable.

Our top sheet had stains on it- there was garbage on the floor and under the bed and room was just overall dirty- traffic noise was loud most of the night and the bed was very uncomfortable and sagged to the middle

We had a great time.

The room was great and so was the staff ,we would stay here again. The breakfast needs improvement.

Not as expected. No mattress protectors, popcorn under our sheets, wallpaper peeling, fridge broke

Staff was incredibly friendly & we did get joined rooms.

Our room was outdated, paint peeling from the walls, fridges didn’t work. No mattress protectors- there was actually popcorn under one of our sheets and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Carpet was so old, torn, and stained I’m not sure they’ve ever been properly cleaned. Also the bed frame on two of the beds has very sharp bottoms which we all hit our legs on they were just covered with a bed skirt. They have updated the exterior and halls which look nice. Loved having our rooms next to each other but I wouldn’t stay again. We were there for a funeral coming in late from traveling with two children needing to be up early so there wasn’t need to complain until we left.

Generally a pleasant stay worth the money.

Breakfast was terrific! Although there was not enough for Saturday until 10:30 am. Very quiet considering the traffic and location.

There is no place to walk the dog. The building needs general maintenance indoors.
