Room covered in flies. Maids beating on door at 9am. Floors in rooms disgusting.

Will not stay here again

Location was great. Very easy to find.

Breakfast was never mentioned during check in. We were there 2 nights, the air conditioner did not cool correctly. The base board in room 212 wasn't even installed. I appreciate having a remodeled room, but finish before you rent it!

Second time I used the Quality Inn and would use again.

Gentleman was efficient and very friendly.

Only thing I didn't like was a door that connected to the other room.

The bed needed an update. The mattress was sunk in at the head.

Big disappointment

This place is dated basically a two story motor lodge. I would not recommend. They need to up their game there are much better options nearby

Good

Amanda the receptionist was amazing and super friendly. I called multiple times leading up to my stay to make sure I could check in very early and every time she had the patience and kindness. I also felt very safe. Usually at INNs and hallways on the outside. I get uncomfortable ur noticing all the security cameras gave me a sense of safety.

I was happy with my stay.

Expensive for what it is, but not a bad choice considering the limited options

Not the nicest place, but the door locked and the bed was comfortable.

The place is kinda a dump, and there are obvious deferred maintenance issues all over the place. For example, every shelf or hook in our room had been ripped out of the wall!

Good night's sleep after busy day at Easton jazz festival.

Large room. good temp control, comfy bed and pillows, large enough and cold enough fridge, easy room access, bathtub.

In-room coffee not very good, and with those stupid pods, you can't add extra to make iy stronger.

It was pleasant.

It was a good location for me and the clerk at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was good. housekeeping was great,

No elevators, bed was too soft. The room was missing a closet & towel rack. Had no place to hang my clothing or dry my towels.

Great location, very clean, staffs were friendly. Overall, it's very good.

Beautiful new renovation, very clean and staffs were helpful.

No barking dogs next to my room would have been perfect. The hotel is pet friendly. I love dog and an animal lover. However, it's ignoring when first night arrived enter hotel room hear 2 dogs nonstop barking next to my room.

I paid $530.20 don’t go to a place bc it’s cheaper.

I arrived Thursday and I had to wait 20-30 mins while they found more key cards. I was told that I may not be able to get a key bc they didn’t have anymore and couldn’t find the box. The guy at the front desk said he’d walk me to my room to let me in. They ended up finding keys and I went to my room. The rooms microwave was broken. Being that I would need the microwave to reheat my food. I was switched from a king size bed to a room with 2 full size beds that was not comfy for my partner and I. The bed was so flimsy. Every time we got out of the bed it would flip up. The toilet acted as if it wasn’t going to flush. The tub was not clean. I bleached it myself. And the property smelled of weed. Kids were running through the hallways and playing football outside my window. I ended up moving back to my original room due to the bed size and it being uncomfortable. I had to switch the microwaves myself.
