It was very central to many restaurants and shopping. I was there for work and it was only a nine minute drive from Kylan Barn where I was shooting a wedding. I let them know ahead of time I was driving in front Fort Wayne, IN and asked if I could have an early check in. They got me in at 12:30 which was great so I could freshen up from my dreadful truck stop shower before I headed to the wedding I worked at 1:00pm.
It wasn’t clean, the room was really outdated, there were little tiny kids running the hallways at 1am screaming, crying, laughing, and the parents were no were in sight. The bathroom in the room was dirty, the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The beds were not the cleanest but for a one night stay it wasn’t awful.

I did not like the property at all. The worse!
The property was Old, smelled, was dirty and had bed bugs. We had to change our room at 1am because I saw 2 bed bugs. I recorded the bed bugs 😑.

The loocation was the only thing I like about this hotel
Front entrance was nice but the rest of the building was a land lord special. Cheap floor, ugly color scheme, stained carpeting unclean bed linens. We were in side for all of 10 mins and had to leave.

Right on Route 23. Shopping all around!
There was a smoking smell in the hallway and in the room

The Side Of The Bed Had Puss With Blood On It & The Towels & Wash Clothes Had Red Stains In Them. This Was My First Time Ever Booking A Hotel & I Would Never Go Back To Them

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy access.
Rowdy crowd on weekends. Neighbor issues throughout the night. Continental breakfast was limited but enough to get you going. Staff was great.

Room was ready at check in and check in was quick
The cover on the bed was dirty so we removed. On getting into bed there was blood stain on the top of the comforter. It was late so we were going to put the blood stain to the bottom of the bed so we flipped the comforter only to find large yellow stains in two places which covered 50% of the comforter.
We called down to reception who brought us a new comforter.
It was clear the comforter and top cover had not been cleaned.
The bathroom also lacked a good clean. On checking out we brought up the bedding issue. The response was 'We will let housekeeping know'. They seemed uninterested in our experience.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good
Hallways & rooms smelled like smoke. It was attempted to be covered up w/ air freshener so bad that you could taste it in the air all night.

Right by food and all of the things. Originally booked a double queen but I switched to the king room and much to my pleasure. Room had a deep soaking tub perfect for my staycation. Room was absolutely sparkling clean. I truly had a great stay & the staff accommodated all of my needs. Will rate a 10 again & again. My new staycation destination.

I was greeted by Sam at check in, he was so quick and helpful. I just gave him my ID and CC and had to sign two places and I was on my way to my room with in 2 minutes! I relaxed after work watching tv then went to Applebees which is located right on the property for dinner. I woke up to grab some free breakfast and was on my way!

Great location - right off the main street with shopping and restaurants nearby. The breakfast selections were varied and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very friendly.
This hotel is billed as non-smoking, but at one point in the past, it clearly allowed smoking. The room had a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke. Common areas did not smell of smoke.
Don't expect a hot shower. The best you'll get here is lukewarm.
I woke up in the middle of the night to a spider trying to bite me. Freaked me out. A hotel with bugs gets a "do not return"score in my book.

It was relatively close to Salisbury University where I was visiting son. The AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water.
It could have been cleaner. I appears that only new toiletries were placed in the bathroom and it wasn't cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, soap skim around the sink and some urine at the base of the toilet. When I pulled back the blankets to get into bed, there was some paper scraps (like from a spiral notebook) and 2 pill tablets that probably spilled from a previous guest's prescription bottle. I then checked the other bed and I could tell those sheets had not been slept in. The next morning I stripped both beds and placed everything in the tub so that housekeeping would be sure to put on fresh bedding for the next guest. I also thought breakfast went until 10:30 but when I went downstairs at 9:58, everything was cleaned up and chairs were being placed on the tables 😪
