Good stop for me overnight when traveling. Rates were very reasonable.

The location to the interstate. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

It needs some updating. It was a little dark in the rooms and lobby. The breakfast should offer a little healthier options.

Everything was wonderful.

The breakfast was OK, I did appreciate having SF syrup available for the waffles.

I’m tired from not sleeping.

Good location. Clean

Noise. It was so loud in the morning. There’s absolutely no way to sleep in or get rest. Tons of teenagers in and out of the room. Slamming doors. And the room next door woke us up at 5:45 am being loud, laughing and talking loud, opening and closing doors. I called the front desk and the noise never stopped.

Worth the stay

Staff is very welcoming and ready to make things as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is the best, it's what the kids remember most each visit! Fitness room is small but does the job, great to have as an option. Laundry facilities came in handy.

Pool room is a little dark and hot tub wasn't working properly.

The facility was nice. The staff was pleasant.

Bed was soooooo uncomfortable. The jacuzzi by the pool had so many chemicals we couldn't breathe. The price was outrageous to not even have a full kitchen. There was a huge bug on the floor when we walked in.

Barely adequate.

Adequate, but same thing everyday for breakfast, the three days that we stayed here.

Floors and carpets were filthy. My grandsons walked on it with bare feet and the bottom of their feet were black. Don't know how this place received a 9.4 rating. They had workers tearing off the roof to re-shingled it, and didn't even tell the customers closest to the building that they should park elsewhere. Location was difficult to get in and out of also. Staff wasn't very friendly in general, especially the evening clerk and the breakfast manager. Should have stayed at the Comfort Inn at Benton Harbor, we went to it by mistake, thinking it was the motel that we booked. It was immaculate, especially the neatness and cleanliness of the facility.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was convenient and good. Location was easy to find.

The room was not as clean as I would expect. The white sheets and towels had stains.

Great stay for a pit stop from Madison, WI to Grand Rapids, MI.

Beds were comfortable and the size of the room worked well for my family.

Breakfast was not that great. There wasn't any spray for the waffles, so they stuck, causing my teenage daughter to burn herself.

The staff/clerk Assigned someone else to my room! My belongings were in the room, and I was locked out. Had to go to another room! And I learned that you have to request housekeeping, or your room will not be automatically cleaned.

I come into town monthly..I just found a new place too stay.

The location is just off I-94 but I didn't pick up any noise from the highway. The food was what i've learned to exect but it was warm nd edible.

Very good

We loved the spa tub. We loved that there was a cracker barrel right next door because the hotel breakfast is just okay. There is a Meijer across the street which is great! And only 10-15 minutes to st Joseph! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast is just not the greatest. The side door was a little difficult to open. My husband has to pick up and move a huge limb that was down blocking the side walk.
