Highly recommend this location!

The staff was very kind and attentive to us from when we arrived until we left! We had a very unpleasant experience the night before at a motel, so I checked out early and booked this hotel for our 2nd night. It was clean, didn't have any weird smells, and we were very comfortable here. The breakfast was yummy, and I think they said her name was Kim, who was the woman running the breakfast area. She was so kind and courteous with my kids and I when we spilled coffee, and when my toddler dumped his plate of food on the floor. Thanks again for making our stay wonderful! My daughter said, "You need to rate this place 5 stars!!" So, thanks again!

Clean Good breakfast but no sugar free options.

It was a nice place to spend the night and eat breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate, hot scrambled eggs and sausage links with bread options and yogurt options. The room was clean and nice. Check-in was simple and friendly.

Breakfast time being over at 930 was the earliest we had run into and it caught some other guests out as the breakfast space was cleaned up when they arrived shortly after 930am.

Superb

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was fine. The restaurant next door was excellent for a buffet type meal.

The woman who checked us in was not welcoming at all - never made eye contact - rude. A group of guys (3-4) having some kind of party in the back of their pickup truck in the parking lot next door.

Exceptional

I stopped here very late (near midnight) during a big ice storm, and had an issue with my booking.com payment, but the staff at this hotel were very accommodating with a refund after double paying. Thank you! Also the room was large, warm, and dry, which was very needed for a cold, sleepy traveler!

Will absolutely recommend this hotel to others

Lady at front desk was very accommodating. We have a dog so she moved us to the main floor looking out at our vehicle. We will stay there everytime we are in Albert Lee.

We have trouble with toilet. Water kept running so I took off lid and moved the float so it worked. They said maintence would look at it. probably needs a need one

Very pleased overall

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, staff were helpful and kind. Cold breakfast on site had plenty of choices for us before we headed out (juice, coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and milk, toast/bagels with cream cheese/jellies, fruit, granola bars).

Lobby was locked when we arrived around 10:30 pm - had to call a phone number so the desk clerk would come and open the door - made me a bit leery of safety in that location.

I was expecting more for the price and rating of this hotel.

Not a whole lot.

Rude woman at the front desk at check-in. property is old and in need of repairs and updates. Room wasn't cleaned well at all. I needed to wipe off several surfaces that were dirty. Breakfast was pretty bad. My wife found a piece of plastic in her scrambled eggs.
