It was the end of June and the pool area have not been opened up for use for the summer.

There were 2 cockroaches in my room! The couch was dirty

It was severely run down. There was no pool or exercise room. It was noisy. The lamps in the room didn’t work.

Location was good bed was decent not real noisy at night AC/fridge worked

breakfast was waffle iron, two types of cereal, coffee, no fruit, no yogurt dark hallways, drawers on my dresser kept coming open by themselves phone in room kept bleeping, called desk, they said they didn't know why knob to set refridgerator was broken off and laying in the unit.

it was run down. the stairs were so old that it was making noises and felt it was going to collapse. there were cockroaches in the room and outside. the refrigerator had frost in it. the bathroom had three holes two in the shower and one in the back of the toilet. breakfast was very plain

very clean very nice looking. When I checked in the front clerk at the desk was very helpful. Very professional did outstanding job.

The location was convenient, not just for the festival we were in town for, but for the stay in general. Plenty of restaurants, shops, etc.

Returning to our room after housekeeping tidied up the beds, etc. a roach was found under the sheets of one of the beds (photo attached). The front desk was called, and it was stated that they could only offer a refund and we could relocate to another hotel (it was nearly midnight). We ended up getting new sheets front from the receptionist and was told the manager would be in the morning for us to talk to. The following morning, the manager was not in, however another receptionist was. I relayed to him the issue and showed the picture of the roach. He asked for sometime to get a hold of the manager and when we touched basis again I was presented with the option to either change rooms or a $30 discount... We were already on the way out to attend the second day of the festival and didn't have time to wait for another room to be cleaned and for us to move our belongings to it- so the discount was accepted, however the circumstances were unacceptable. Roach aside, the heating unit in the room did not work (it dropped to 40 degrees outside, so the room was uncomfortably cold), the entire front side (handle included) of a dresser was removed, the one table top was unsturdy, and the door to the room would only latch if you pulled the handle up after closing the door.

I did not like these was hair in the sink and on the floor also the floor was dirty no coffee pot no blankets in room no extra sheets .
