Clean hotel but slightly overpriced

Loved the location that was close to pretty much anything you wanted to do!

I still feel like for the price of the hotel the value was lacking. I would not give this hotel an 8 more like a 6 or 7.

Staff was friendly. Coffee was readily available. Breakfast was there if you needed/wanted.

My A/C was stuck on one temperature. I was going to ask the front desk to move me, but it was already 2:00am. The next day when I headed out I meant to tell the front desk and forgot. I stayed 2 nights. The rooms are a little outdated. Would recommend updates. Carpet in the room/hallways etc. Lighting is that yellow color which I feel should be changed to more of a white.

Everything! We traveled with our 3 year old and tweenager. Place was absolutely amazing and clean! I would highly recommend.

The breakfast was great. The little lady in the breakfast room was so helpful. I don't know if she spoke much English but she was very nice.

My son was visiting his online friends who live in Asheville.

Ample facilities and amenities. Great location near Patton and the Highway made it easy to reach anywhere in the town.

Nothing stands out.

The staff was very friendly, especially Missy at the front desk.

There was a bad smell outside like someone was smoking weed out on the balcony, I could smell it everytime I took my dog outside to walk him.

Super place to stay--will go there again when in Asheville.

The whole stay was excellent. Breakfast was very good. My friend loved the waffles and I enjoyed the eggs and sausage. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast woman and housekeepers were so friendly.

I’d definitely stay again.

The beds were super comfy and clean, so were the room and common areas. Front desk were pleasant and accomodating.

The area isn’t enclosed thus the premises don’t feel very secure. The breakfast had limited choices: scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, waffles. Only apples on offer for the fruit section despite it being the summer.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Pleased with extra shelves below the bathroom sink for storage of towels or my personal things..That way I didn't clutter the sink area with my stuff that would have gotten wet or in the way otherwise. Wish more Inns had the same set up.

AWESOME except for the water temperature.

Just about everything. Clean, staff was great, breakfast, easy parking, loved the hot chocolate.

The water for bathing was barely Luke warm. This was really uncomfortable and I wish we had warmer water. Other than this issue, the say was excellent.
