Hot breakfast. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.

Just overall comfort. Felt relaxed and welcome, not worried about anything.
Given the wrong time for breakfast. Understandable, as we checked in on a Friday and clerk probably did not remember it was the weekend and breakfast time is at 7:00, not 6:00 am. Went down at 6:20, and it was dark in the breakfast lounge.
The clerk was very courteous and attentive. He accommodated us and made sure he got food out while we had our coffee. We just felt he probably felt we were rushing him. When I told him what happened, he said not to worry, we did not make him uncomfortable. He is a wonderful person and a great asset to your company.

Celina at the front was amazing when we checked it. She made us feel welcomed and was very attentive. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Breakfast was excellent... biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, ect. We will stay here again for our next trip
Sadly, they were doing work on the pool.
My kids were upset but what can you do? This is the only complaint.

Breakfast was okay. They stopped serving it when we went so we didn't get much. Would be nice to offer more options after, such as oatmeal or granola bars and fruit to go, or extend breakfast time.
The room seemed clean but there was a small cockroach (not a tree roach) in the restroom. I highly recommend that the hotel get an exterminator or use one more frequently.

The bed is very comfortable. Very nice staff.
The breakfast was not the best.

The beds we’re comfortable and the location was great.
We stayed here for 11 days and only one time our room got serviced. The only reason it did that time is because we asked. The housekeeper made the beds, didn’t vacuum seeing as how we had spurs still all on the floor and put a clean towel and soap on a dirty toilet. There was mold in the shower and all of the doors slam way too loudly. Our key had to be programmed every single day to get into our room, which three times we had to wait on the girl with the winged eyeliner to come service us at the front desk. She was very rude and you could tell she hated her job. One time we waited 15 minutes to get someone at the front desk. She didn’t apologize or anything just said what do we need. Everyday we had to have more towels and we just started putting the dirty ones outside the room. The housekeepers would pick them up but not replace them. Overall for the price I paid for 11 days, we will NOT be staying again. The mold in the shower and housekeeper definitely does not know how to clean the basics.

Good
Check in was poor. Host was on cell phone while checking in.

The location was perfect for our college visitation weekend.
Our key to the room would deactivate when you leave the room. I had to wait for hotel staff to return and reset my room key multiple times. Then I had to block the door to keep from being locked out.

Breakfast was not good at all ;/
First of all when we checked in our first room was terribly hot and very bad odor. The bed looked like it wasn’t done. The restroom had pubic hairs in the tub.So we went to front office and complained the guy looked like he was on drugs, sweating and paranoid crazy. He cleaned his sweat and gave me the pen to sign. I was so disgusted. Then we gott another room on first floor. It still had an awful smell, room was descently clean but our overall stay was horrible. Would not and will not stay here again ! We wanted to cancel and the guy said we would be charged !! That’s why we sucked it up and was gone all day literally just slept and got up at 8 am and checked out!!

The staff was pleasant.
The fire alarm malfunctioned in the middle of the night and it took a least 45 minutes or so to shut it off. Then it took my wife and myself over an hour to get back to sleep after that fiasco. We would have left right then and continuing our drive but the person behind the desk couldn't get ahold of the manager to facilitate a refund so we stayed and they finally got the alarm shut off. I contacted the manager a few days later to discuss some sort of adjustment and she was very understanding and apologetic but she said the owner of the motel said since the motel wasn't a fault there would be no compensation. From where I'm standing, the owner on the motel also owns the fire alarm so owner is just shirking responsibility.
Besides that, breakfast was a disappointment; salty sausage, butter that wouldn't melt and no fresh fruit! How hard is it to throw a few apples, oranges and bananas in a bowl?
We won't be staying here again.

It was great! The breakfast had eggs potatoes sausage links waffles muffins yogurt orange juice apple juice that I picked or remembered.
The bathroom ceiling had a large crack.
The heat lamp switch was hard to turn off
The shower faucet was running.
Checking in trainee could not tear my receipt in half. Weird way of doing things.

Poor management, not available when needed. Toilet broke and after reporting it nobody showed up to fix it. During all night we had to use the downstairs public restroom.
