If I ever come back to Deming I will be staying with you

The breakfast is very good. Had a great variety of foods, some hot and some of cold. I really enjoyed the eggs and usually they are scrambled and wet. But yours were great

The room I was in was a handicap, there was a couple tiles that stuck out could be a problem.

The pool and hot tub were not kept up with . It was not cleaned regularly nor was the temperature monitored. Floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. And the room was assigned to us when we checked in , but it had not been cleaned .

the pool and breakfast

the night staff was not helpful and made me feel like I was dishonest and not welcomed they stated two different prices for 1 night stay. I booked through booking.com and got a lower rate. I asked if hotel could match and they said NO baby crying behind the desk area.

Beds of a ☁️ cloud

The beds were like a cloud of comfort, wish I could of stayed longer in bed

The front desk while a late check in he was great telling me everything to help, even or 90 plus mothers where they could eat for more comfort. The beds and pillows were so wonderful. Most luxurious!!! Only breakfast needs to accommodate diabetes a little better. My only thought

OK place to stay

The room was clean, though the furnishings are a bit dark and dated. Breakfast was standard hotel buffet fair, we appreciated the cold lemon water station at the front desk.

The door at the end of the hallway on the first floor is an 'exit only' - and people kept propping it open to go outside to smoke. This meant you did not need a keycard to enter, so it was less secure.

Breakfast was good. Closes at 8:30 which is too early on a weekend.

We stayed 2 days which meant that neither towels or bedsheets are replaced. My family is in the habit of washing towels daily. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was out of order so my husband had to go to front desk and request them. He came back with an incomplete set because the staff didn’t have any but they promised to get them delivered in a few minutes. This never happened we had to get them ourselves. Sunday I killed a roach that appeared on the bathroom floor! At checkout I notified the clerk and she said offhandedly that she would let someone know. I also informed her of the phone- no answer no comment no apology no nothing! I highly recommend quality training of your staff. When I vacation, the last thing I expect is to do so much so your staff won’t have to be inconvenienced.

Everything was out of order from the pool to the spa even tbe weight room also the vendi g maching was out of order. I only book the place for the pool and they did even say it was out of order til i got their

breakfast was okay- they had waffles cereals yogurt juice and coffee would have liked some fresh fruit my bed was comfortable, hubby didn’t like it near Tesla charger

We were there working and would get up early in the morning. We had to leave before breakfast was ready and the only thing available was coffee. The staff refused to let us grab a yogurt or cereal before six and put a lock on everything after the first morning. The phone in the room didn't work and they never made an effort to fix them and none of the staff spoke English.

Excellen stay and rest

The staff was friendly, the facilities very clean, my room was excellent. A very comfortable bed, desk and couch. Break fast was good - sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice. Easy entry to parking.

our side of the hotel faced fast food Sonic drive in. loud pick up trucks Erving engines. buffet area upholstered chairs badly stained & gross.

Acceptable place for the cost.

The bed was comfortable.

The towels were stained and thin. The location of the hotel is kind of in a rough area, but many out of towners appear to stay here. We didn’t eat breakfast here. We may consider it if coming through here again for the price.
