Good location, professional staff, it was nice stay, I would recommend to stay at this location.

Not informed of leaky sink faucet and the elevator was not working properly.

It's fine for a night but it's not the destination

The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. We were able to be accommodated and receive a room on the ground floor which was appreciated. The view is beautiful in the morning, it's in a good spot to pull off the road and rest and then easily get back on course.

The beds were smaller than advertised. There were crumbs and hairs all over the bedspreads and in the bathroom. Lots of hair and dust on the ice bucket. Hair in the shower and around the toilet. The pool was extremely cold and there were a lot of hard water stains around it. There's a very odd window from the front desk office into the pool and the employees would just randomly stare at us.

Not a value, pass on this location

No housekeeping service, went to front desk and was rudely told we only offer maid service every 3 days. I replied ‘we had no indication on the hotel website or on our reservation through booking.com. We had to make two requests to receive fresh set of towels.

Superb

Receptionist helped with retrieving my lost luggage. She also took time to call animal control for a few lost pups that showed up at the hotel. Her quick response saved them from going into traffic.

Disappointed Stay

I liked the AC in the room and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved that the Carla stepped up and took our trash and gave me clean sheets and towels, etc.. she was very helpful and also the manager was very nice.

I did not like that housekeeping did not clean the room as requested, I had to fix my own bed and ask for the trash to be taken out. I mean, come on, my stay is four days plus I added another day to my stay. The coffee pot was broken, the TV wasn't working properly and then on top of that, the elavator is out of order and staying on the secound floor was miserable! The vending machines were also not working properly 😐 😕 when my husband asked Nissy at the front desk for some help with the vending machine, she was very unprofessional and shrugged her shoulders and pretty much told my husband that it was not her problem to help him. We pay good money to stay just like everyone else,and to be treated like that was very unprofessional by her! Also, the top cover that goes over the sheets had blood stains on it, so we had to go to Wal-Mart to purchase our own covers!

$20 per pet per night for two small well-behaved Cocker spaniels; was not disclosed at the time of my reservation. so I was surprised with an extra $120 for a three night stay. I have previously stayed at this hotel many times and pets were no charge.
