All of the amenities were nice but the pet area was by far the best of the six hotels / resorts we stayed in over a 12 day vacation.
The pillows were too squishy / flat. No extra blankets.

We liked the service and friendliness .
Room was out dated and small.

All of the staff were great! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the entire stay. The staff helped us with the fun things to do here.

friendly staff, good location for a quick overnight stay
quite a bit of long dark hair on the bathroom floors. missed by housekeeping.

The GM checked us in. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was a big snowstorm enroute to TX from Santa Fe so we made a last minute reservation. Front Desk was busy when we arrived but checkin went fine. We were able to get additional linens that we needed. Room amenities were sufficient for a quick overnight stay. Walls were a bit thin so we heard some noisy children coming back from the pool.
Noisy neighbors, but not the hotel’s fault. Due to snowstorm, hotel could have used an extra staff or 2, but they probably had a hard time getting to work also!

Orange juice did not taste like real juice.
Towels are really past their time.

We arrived at 8:30 after long day of driving. The young man at the front desk was amazing, very busy and amazing. LT was his name, I believe. When we left at 6:30 a.m. the next morning, he was back and as pleasant as the night before.

Great breakfast! Comfortable bed.
There was ice water available upon check in, but it was gone the next day.

The lobby was welcoming. But is that where the owner ended the updates? Rest of hotel felt outdated, dirty.
The whole place felt run down. The breakfast eggs were hard around the edges, coffee weak, juice container had three choices, but two said out of order. The remaining juice was watered down. Just awful. Very poor.

The room was pet friendly. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but the room had a very pleasant scent, was clean & the bed was comfortable. We liked that the sink was separated from the toilet/shower area by a door. My husband & I were able to get dressed pretty much at the same time.
We had to sign something saying we'd take the dog to a specific place to "walk" him, but finding it was difficult because we didn't see any directions. We were told that pottie bags would be provided, but when we eventually found the walk, there were no bags. The same applied to the ice machine. We saw no signage & had to go to the front desk to get directions.

Easy access off I-40 and on historic Route 66. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.
I payed $145/night which I think was high but Albuquerque was having the hot air festival so I’m thinking they raised the nightly prices to take advantage of the festival.

The location was good and the breakfast was decent.
I had to move rooms twice and all three rooms were not cleaned properly especially the bathrooms and linens had stains.
