Our entire room reeked of mildew. The bathroom reeked of urine and cat litter. The carpets were sopping wet, and you needed to wear shoes 24/7.

We are snowbirds traveling in May and November-
December annually since 2009. It has been consistent, the employees are pleasant, helpful and there to assist as needed. For those of us who have been doing this “cross country trek” for more than a few years, we have witnessed the changes. Covid was a game changer. Yet the folks here remained consistent. It is important to respect the “locals”. Those folks have few opportunities to move out of the area, most have deep roots in their community. We are so very grateful for the hospitality we have been given over more than 16 years of staying with the Quality Inn. Dining at the Rockin J in its day and subsequently with the Dell restaurant. Thank you for all you do to make we, “nomads” welcome and made to feel at home in your home
See above, all are so very committed, thank you🙏

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the room had a decent sized dorm fridge and microwave.
The photos on choice hotel do not match what it currently looks like. The pool was closed and that was not advertised. The checking in staff was friendly enough. We had to change rooms because our sink was stopped up. Neither room was very clean. It was “cleaned” but not deep cleaned. We loved the layout of the hotel and slept very well. I’d give the breakfast an 8/10. The checkout staff was super friendly and very nice.

Breakfast was good
Firmer pillows would be nice

The room was spacious. The walls are thin and you could hear everything through them. The doors do not lock properly and would frequently misread the cards or unlock on their own.
The managerial staff was very rude and chose to steal 25 dollars from us at check out. Instead of giving us the 50 dollar deposit back they gave $25 when asked why they said oh it was for the pet deposit. We already paid the pet deposit prior to the 50 dollar deposit. They are not honest!!

we are snowbirds, making cross country trips twice each year. we have stayed here probably 20 or more times. the staff has changed of course. always helpful.
the first room we were given didn’t look like the sheets had been changed, the fridge door wouldn’t close, the freezer was frozen solid. Gerald moved us and the room was Perfect 👍

The hotel is near I-40. I didn't witness any dolphins being harmed during our stay. No one was shot. No meteors struck our building while we were there. Let's see, this obnoxious review algorithm says I must type more complimentary stuff...OK, done here.
They had no clean washcloths, though the shower looked sus anyway, so we ended up not using it. The security light outside was out, so the parking lot was pitch black... an invitation for car theft. There were Pepsi's in the fridge when we arrived, which might be nice except they were already opened and half of the liquid had been drunk. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was grumpy and snappy at first, but did warm up over time.

Breakfast,,, not terrible.
Dirty room. Everything. Especially the bathroom.

It had available rooms at least. And the town is kinda cool.
The bathroom floor was not clean. Walls were dirty throughout. Ran out of free breakfast early. Yard full of sharp thorns. Thorns easily track inside. Lots of pain. Bring sandles..

The breakfast was good. The evening desk clerk was friendly and very helpful when we found that the bed missing a blanket.
The room wasn’t clean and in need of repair. The outside landscaping also needed attention.

I often stay in Choice Hotels. This one was on the highway and easy to get to. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual.....not bad.
The hotel was older and more rundown than most hotels of the Choice line. It needed a face lift. Carpets, etc. needed to be renewed. It truly did not reflect the type of hotels in the Choice line. I was disappointed.

The breakfast was good
The place was FILTHY and many things in the room were broken.

We left before breakfast
We were given room # 137…opened the door and the room was in total disarray. Both beds unmade….it was dark when I entered, so without the ability to quickly put on a light, it looked people were sleeping in the beds.
I went back to the front desk for another room. Room 141.
Then, the ice machine did not work. I was not going back to the front desk again for ice. The dog elimination area was full of dog poop, hard to step around it all. We were in the back part of the hotel, all night cars and activity going on. Hmmmm?….questionable activity.
And the worst of all, in the morning, the shower did not work so we could not shower before we hit the road again.

The bed was comfortable.
The latch on the door was broken.

the bed was good
It wasn’t clean, looked like it got a lick and a promise. the curtains didn’t close. The sheets were all wrinkled. The coffee pot was dirty .We paid $25. for our little dog , more then we ever paid. There we’re big pot holes in the driveway. It looks was very disappointing. We won’t be staying there again.

The breakfast was adequate & what I expected.
The windows were dirty. An area behind the curtain wasn't vacuumed. The toilet wasn't working correctly. I never got a receipt emailed to me. The place was adequate for a quick nights sleep.
