Overall, a good stay.

Hot breakfast was very much appreciated. Location was great.

The room I was assigned to was next a mechanical room for the facility. I was hearing equipment power up & down at all hours! The room should have been better insulated...

Without all the texts, it was a nice place I would've recommended to others.

Breakfast was great... I had a fresh waffle and Greek yogurt. Room was fine.

I got constant texts! First, I got 2 different texts asking me if I wanted to check in hours before we even arrived at the hotel! Then I kept getting texts after we arrived. How was this... how was that?! Then I woke up to texts asking if I wanted to have a later checkout time. After we checked out they still kept texting me about stupid things.... I finally blocked the number. Oh, and in the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and saw a paper slid under the door. No, I don't want to join your little points club...

Ok, not great, tubs and pools down for maintenance, as usual.

Upon checking room. Dried feces on exterior top lid of toilet, reported to manager and desk clerk.

Not even close to being worth $244 a night.

The location and breakfast was perfect

Th bathtub was dirty. No exhaust system in the bathroom. No USB ports anywhere. The night stand lamps have a wall and lamp switch that was hard to figure out. TV has a lousy instruction guide. And more.

The facility was clean and staff was very friendly plus great location right off the freeway near stores

Was expensive, reserved a handicap accessible room which showed a walk in shower but it was not and the breakfast made us both feel sick

Easy access to Eugene and a comfortable stay

We liked the comfort of the bed and bedding.

We didn't like the price, but everything else in the area was expensive too.

Excellent hotel to stay in when you want a clean place with friendly staff that allow pets.

Breakfast was great. Many options. Nice that trays were available without asking to take food back to the room. Set up very roomy so not too crowded. Very friendly staff refilling empty items. Very impressed.

It would have been nice to have 2 toasters available as there was a long line to toast bread and bagels.

we expected the hotel to be in better condition it was not clean

pet friendly the outside was clean it was nice to be able to take my dog for a walk without worrying about animal mess outside!

the bathroom was very dirty and smelt like urine not satisfied with cleanliness floors are dirty. swimming and hot tub were down during our stay.

staff, facilities, breakfast & cleanliness all wildly exceeded expectations. my one compliant is that the hotel seemed fairly empty the night of our stay 11/27-11/27) but they put some people in the room directly above ours (214) who stomped around in cowboy boots until 9pm then stayed up again about 4:30am. it seems like it would be better to stagger occupancy if there is room. otherwise I would have rated 10 stars. thank you

Big room. Hot tub/pool was good. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Easy on/off highway. Ten minute drive to univ. Of Oregon.

PTAC unit ran constantly. Was a little loud. Coffee cups at breakfast were too small. Should offer different sizes. Bathroom did not have exhaust fan.

Probably won’t stay here again. Very expensive and not worth the money we spent.

Saturday morning the food was cold. Better on Sunday morning.

Our room was dirt and smelled. I understand it was a pet room, but smelled.

for $320 dollars per night you couldn’t least have soft bathroom tissue instead of the industrial type paper you offered

it was conveniently located

it was dirty. the carpets in our rooms were stained and nasty looking , the elevator smelled like dirty mop water yet the floor looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly for months .
