Pool, hot tub, sauna, and their hours! Our room was nicely sized and I love that we had a small patio. The staff was great and welcoming and the complimentary Salmon chowder was a nice touch! Will definitely be coming back. The location is also fantastic! There was a lot going on out side when we got up in the morning like a car show and sandfest! Was pretty awesome!
The cold air gaps in the sauna

The hospitality, and how the pool was open for the adults passed 12am. The breakfast was great!
The maintenance of the balcony, we had a pigeon nest. And there was a hole behind like someone slammed the door open but the door seemed pretty stiff.

The staff are amazing and the honeymoon gift was adorable

Close to our favorite restaurants. Beautiful amenities. Plenty of parking. With a large group of basketball players in house for a tournament, the staff did well in how they assigned rooms. We never heard any loud talking or foot traffic above us ( we were on first floor). Thank you

I loved the lobby and the fragrance of cedar there Staff, location, breakfast, everything was perfect.
Bed coud have been a bit more firm, esspecially on the sides.

I thought $400 a night was absurd for the quality of the room and breakfast. All of my other hotels in Oregon were $250-350. Definitely not worth $900 for two rooms for 1 night. Rooms smelled musty, breakfast was minimal. Location was the one bonus and the desk personnel were nice
Price, musty smell in room, breakfast

Location and river view. Modern hotel right in town.
Can be crowded during peak season. Seating in the breakfast lounge was limited every morning compared to previous stays here.

The hotel is close to everything! I went with my 9 year old grandson and we definitely had plenty to do. We were close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, places to rent pedal boat and also a pedal bike. This is an exceptional place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Everyone smiles there!
Room was not as dark due to outside lighting.

Location, cleanliness, staff was really nice, pool stayed open 24hrs and kids weren’t allowed during specific times
The breakfast buffet could have been bigger

the whole thing was excellent we stayed here in march and everything was excellent that is why we chose this place this time. we will probably be choosing it in the future.
there was nothing that we did not like.

It was in a great location. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Also the fresh baked cookies and salmon chowder at the check in counter was a special unexpected treat.
The beds were kind of hard. The tub wouldn’t drain while showering and the toilet seat would slip when you would reach for the TP.

Great place to stay. Will stay again.

Everything about this stay was above our expectations. The room is spacious, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The daily treats at the front desk were an added bonus, as were the plush and comfy robes in the room.
The only suggestion I have is a couple more hooks for towels/robes in the bathroom.
4.5
Good breakfast, nice pool
I really liked that every room had a view of the river

it was very close to downtown seaside, breakfast & swimming pool was great
The parking is horrible. There’s no designated parking spaces for hotel guests. We had to drive around for at least 30 minutes to find a nearby parking space.
The hotel should give their guests a parking pass so their car doesn’t get towed.
No extra bags for the trash in the rooms.
Not enough towels in the room. We literally had 2 towels for 2 people.
There was a lot of long white dog hair still on the carpet floor.

Place was clean, staff friendly, location good
Could use more towels, washrags, etc when staying for more than a night. Staff was more than happy to accommodate when asked for additional towels, washrags, etc.
Breakfast was decent, think they could really use a waffle maker option like a lot of hotels have, up front cost to get the waffle set up would not be much, and don't think it cost much for the batter.

Forgot my rings in the room after checking out went back to get them and cleaning staff turned them in to the front desk thank you to the cleaning staff for being honest and turning them in
Beds could of been more comfortable

Meals were great, hospitality was top notch. Loved the cookies and chowder.
The eating area was locked...we wanted to go play cards but no biggy.

The breakfast was great along with fresh baked cookies in the afternoon.
The pool looked old and run down so we didn't swim.

It's an old hotel that has been updated reasonably, is nice looking inside and comfortable. The room was comfortable, the beds were nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent as hotel buffets go, at least there was some cooked food (scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, ...) to go with all the individually-packaged stuff. Wish there was more in the way of fruits and vegetables. Location on the river is good, pretty much everything in Seaside is within walking distance.
A few signs of age remain, such as the door to our toilet/shower that wouldn't close all the way, and the showerhead that was only ~5 feet off the ground. The AC/furnace was also noisy.
