Really nice stay, clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff.

Clean and fresh smelling lobby when we entered. The staff was very nice.l and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Room didn’t have an odor. Hallways were clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was attentive at breakfast. One staff member went above and beyond to help me family with an older family member. Shout out to Shannon!

The rail to the steps was very wobbly and made it difficult for older family member to get up and down the stairs. Only one elevator and it was farther down than we could walk. Also the bathroom doorway has a little step up to get in and was a little difficult for older adults. We had the suite room so could just be them.

My stay was very Relaxing I don’t have any complaints about my stay at all

The beginning of the Entrance that grass needs to be cut and I realize it may not be your property

Nice and good enough

Clean, comfortable, quite, friendly staff, very standard breakfast

not big and equipped enough fitness room but better then nothing - thank you for having this room - good to exercise after long drive

Don’t stay here

If I could give this property a negative 10 I would. We literally stayed for less than 5 minutes before checking out.

There was a crack addict in the lobby, what appeared to be a prostitute in the parking lot. The room was dirty and smelled.

Not a pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable.

I never would have stayed if I realized the hotel was under construction. It appeared there was black mold on the walls, the bathroom shower was grimy. If we hadn’t gotten there so late, I would have gone somewhere else. In addition, the price was high for the accommodations as they were. Regarding breakfast, the attendant was extremely pleasant; however, I don’t understand the eggs and sausage sitting in water. Unfortunately, this hasn’t happened just at this hotel. The receptionist at the front desk on the day we left was not a good representation for your company. Although she was nice, there was no eye contact, nor could I understand what she was saying because she spoke so softly. I complimented her on her appearance and her nails, and she never looked at me. If I wasn’t looking at her, I never would’ve realize she said, thank you. I had to read her lips. The location isn’t the greatest. It was dark when we arrived and it felt like we were traveling along a back country road. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good

Clean, looked decent, remodeling in progress, right off I 95 so convenient for quick overnight stay. Eateries close by.

Under remodeling, I could smell the glue they were using to replace wallpaper or baseboards or carpet. Workers still there after 6pm. Looked like replacing carpet and wallpaper, and same building, down the hall from our room. I have asthma and fumes sensitivities sicI was concerned about how the odors would travel into our room. Fortunately the ac was individual to each room and vented out, or rather, drawing air from outdoors.

Won’t stay here again

It was cheap. You get what you pay for

Towels were stained and dirty. Didn’t look like the bathroom floor was clean nor the soap dish in shower.

just off highway

they are doing over the hotel ,replacing carpeting throughout the hotel. It was like staying in a construction zone. There were carpets old and new rolled up in the hallways. which created a musty smell throughout.The room we stayed in was well worn but overall clean. To bad they did not acknowledge the construction. They should have had a notice on the reception area. The breakfast room was really beat up.

Friendly staff..convenience

Carpets were dirty. Room had an odour or musk/ damp smell The room was adequate but certainly not worth the price we paid. We won't be staying here again on the drive home at that price

Walterboro SC, thank you, but I will not be back!!!

It was located right off the highway. The king suite room size was ok.

The bathroom was VERY small for a king suite room and there were bugs crawling on the wall and floor in the breakfast dining area.

Good value for the money. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Hard to figure out how to get there. It is a little worn and needs a redo.
