The breakfast bar lady was phenomenal was extremely nice and made sure everyone had something to eat at 9:15 she was put

Very Friendly staff great location

The bathroom could of been cleaned a little better and all the guys drinking alcohol in the parking lot made me feel uncomfortable while going to take my child to the swimming pool

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Large room and comfortable bed.

The front desk employee was nice.

It had the smell of mildew, all the bathroom fixtures were rusted. Shower looked very unclean. I ended up sleeping on towels on top of the bed. Very unhappy with the price I paid for the “gross” room. Never will I stay at a Comfort Inn.

Surprising find in Abilene TX made for a very pleasant stay.

Last-minute decision to book this hotel when airline flight was cancelled due to weather. Everyone at hotel that we encountered was professional and friendly. The person serving the breakfast the following morning was a gem. She should give a class to ALL hotel employees in every hotel on how to be happy in your job, how to service customers to the highest level, how to engage with customers, etc. She was off the charts exceptional and obviously took great pride in maintaining the breakfast area with cleanliness, food quantity and quality. She went above and beyond - we were thoroughly impressed and she made it a great start to what ended up being a very stressful day. The beds were very comfy and the shower pressure was excellent - both biggies for us when we travel.

Nothing. Wish all of our hotel stays were this nice - even if it occurred by bad circumstances.

Comfort is in the name.

Large spacious room, very comfortable and a great breakfast.

Only thing that needs work is the shower. The shower head was really old with very little water pressure.

I was not able to check in and was unable to get any assistance from the staff due to their indifference.

In a complete state of disarray and construction. There was nothing likeable about the property.

rooms not ready. Long after check in time. No available cleaning staff. Unable to check into the property because the rooms were not cleaned. Staff admitted they over booked the property and didn’t have enough staff to clean the rooms.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES

I love how the rooms have two double beds, and a hidea bed couch. This comes in handy when traveling with four children and two adults. I even love the free breakfast they have. The lady that prepares the food, is soooo sweet and kind. All the staff is very kind and sweet, and professional but yet family like.

The TV, it didn't have many channels that actually worked or wasn't in spanish.

it was pleasant, I would return for sure.

room was close to the front, I have trouble walking very far. room was big. bed was very comfortable. water was hot for shower. The breakfast hostess was very nice and helpful, friendly. And two of the housekeeping staff were very nice, the lady from Romania and Margaret, and the guy at the front desk.

The commode flapper broke while I was there, but they had it repaired by the next time I returned to my room. The desk chair was a little uncomfortable, but only because of width of arms was too narrow. they did not promptly pick up my used, damp towels. only one time during my stay after asking 2 x.

It was ok....

Staff was friendly and they have a lot of clean towels and overall out was clean

The bathroom toilet would not flush unless you flushed it multiple times and then you would have to hold the handle down to flush it.... the smell is old and musty...i think the air vents needed to be cleaned... and the tv... you can't watch one show without a 3 second pause every two minutes it was very frustrating
