Apartment as advertised. Everything you need, staff extremely helpful and always answered messages immediately. Easily accessible for everything you wanted to do. Liked the security aspect of the property. Small supermarkets nearby as well as bakery and fruit shop. Also lovely baklava shop.

The apartment was great, clean, nicely decorated. We are a family of 4, each teen had their own room which we loved. The rooftop pool was fabulous. It was so hot in Barcelona - we could not tour all day, the roof was a perfect break. Lots of great restaurants and sites within walking distance and if not the taxis were easy to hail and well priced. Negatives were a strange bathroom setup in the primary bedroom. Also at check in the elevator was not working so when we went to the second floor to try to enter our room we were at the wrong room a- 2nd floor is really the 3rd floor (4th floor for an American) The keys are difficult to figure out but a neighbor saw us struggling and gave us a lesson. Also it’s on an alley so i can be a little smelly but only for a minute till you get on the street. Loved it though and would stay there again.

This apartment was conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Barceloneta. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts were extremely accessible via WhatsApp. They kindly helped us schedule a taxi pickup for the airport which was right on time. The only downsides were that the single elevator was very small and quite slow, which made it harder for our family to check in and out with all of our luggage. Because the apartment is managed by a company and isn’t a typical home rental, it was pretty bare bones (eg, no cooking supplies, extra garbage bags, etc.) and felt somewhat sterile - but some people might prefer an apartment that does not feel “lived in.”

Met extended family for a weekend. The location was great, property clean, good space to stay together as a group.

We spent five nights with our family - grandparents and family of five with kids ages 7-9. Location was great off La Rambla. Unit was just as pictures looked - clean and updated. Having the small pool on the roof deck was awesome plus to allow chill time in the hot afternoons. Staff was responsive to any questions. Only request would be to have pool towels or extra towels provided in the unit as only enough bath/hand towels for number of guests. Highly recommend the unit and would come back again!

This property was very nice! Pictures are as described. Kitchen was fully stocked with exception of spices. Supermarket, ATM, pharmacy and coffee/breakfast place just steps away from the apartment. It is a 15m walk to Barcelona beach and less than 10m to Los Rambles. This property also has a great rooftop pool. This property entrance is located in an alley between two streets. There is a sign for EnjoyBCN at the entrance. Door code to get in was provided and easy to get in. Key box is in the lobby and again code was provided and easy to get the key. Elevator is small. First time we had to take a few trips to get all the luggage. First few times we opened the door to the apartment we struggled. Instructions are posted. It's just a matter of holding the magnetic key and turning the lock knob counter clockwise until it "clicks" and unlocks. Just takes a few times to practice. Questions were addressed quickly by management company via WhatsApp. We had a lovely vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

This apartment was perfect for my family. This company does an unbelievable job. The place was very well kept. The management got right back to me when I had any questions. The location was perfect to walk to all the sites. So glad we choose to stay in a air bnb. Thank you.

Although the apartment unit we stayed in was nice and clean there were several things about this listing that were misleading. One, the washer and dryer were both half size and served 10-12 separate units. We were never able to use them because everyone else was. Two, the outside seating area was on top of the building roof, four levels about our unit. Based on the picture, I thought it was part of our unit, not the case. Three, we were frequently kept awake at night because of others in other adjacent units.

Absolutely superb property, fabulous location, just steps to la Ramblas. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are very helpful and always on hand if you need anything.

Read the reviews! This is a cool place but if you don’t read the reviews ( or forget what they said, like we did), then there are some initial quirks that could drive you nuts. Once you get the hang of it the place is fabulous. 1) There’s nothing from the street side to let you know where you are. We literally felt like we were in a reality show where we had to figure out which way to go (down a back alley turned out to be the answer). 2) once you’re on the alley, look for the small “enjoyBcn” banner/flag - that’s your door. 3) the elevator is TINY, but luggage up the narrow circular staircase is not fun so use the elevator. 4) The instructions to unlock the door sounded simple… nope! We tried for 30minutes to unlock the door. We called several times and to their credit, our hosts answered each time. They sent a video (didn’t help); they sent photos, didn’t help; we sent a video of us doing what the video showed; and they finally sent someone to open the door. It was stuck. Once he opened it, we each took turns making sure we could unlock the door. (Whew!). 5) Like some other guests commented, no rations (e.g. coffee, etc., but there are several markets very near by. 6) wWe got home late one night to find the alley gates locked. We had no idea how to get into the alley since we hadn’t even noticed that there were gates to begin with! Again, we called and again our hosts answered. However the code that they gave us didn’t work, so we had to go around to the other end of the alley to try that gate. The code worked there. After that, we had no more entry or exit issues. The place is quite nice. Hooks for towels would be a good thing but other than that, inside is fabulous! Plenty of space. Comfy beds & furniture. No real views from our unit though. We forgot about the rooftop terrace which is a shame since the pictures look wonderful. All in all, quirky at first but fabulous after that. Hosts are responsive and patient.

This apartment was in a great location in the Gothic Quarter. Lots of restaurants and shops were just a few minutes away. I was so glad we stayed in the Gothic Quarter. The architecture of the buildings were impressive. I felt I was in Rome, Florence and Venice while walking through the neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed with this property or it’s location.

All I can say is everything was just perfect at this property. I will give kudos to management team for coming to unlock the apartment since we left both keys inside and got locked out. Highly recommended ☺️

This apartment was great however we thought the pool was right outside the apartment and private for us. It was 2 floors up and available to everyone in complex. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee available at least for the first morning. The kitchen didn’t have any spices so to cook a meal there would require shopping for salt, pepper, etc.. Apartment was spotless.

Apartment lovely, a high spec and very clean, in a great location for the marina and Las Ramblers. Comfy beds suitable for a family, as 2 bedrooms set up as twins, if 2 couples you can push beds together in one of the bedrooms only as other is too narrow. Small starter pack in kitchen for washing up, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper also provided, enough to last a few days. Apartment is on the top floor with very small lift, so a bit of a squeeze with luggage. Apartment is possibly a bit overpriced, but think this may be due to the location and communal plunge pool/roof seating area, which is lovely to use at the end of a long day. I would highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of night after our cruise. This place checked all the boxes. Great location in walking distance of great food/drink, the beach and many other sites. Thanks to the management company for letting us drop our bags before it was time to check in

We stayed here with my wife and 2 small children (7 and 4), and the place was perfect for our small family. The communication was clear from the beginning, Ivanov met us at the apartment early so we could leave our bags while they were still cleaning, and Ivanov was great with the kids and gave them some great candies and toys for the pool! The location is great: you are minutes walking from La Rambla, the center of the Gothic Area, dozens of great restaurants, a couple markets right below you, and we took a 5 minute cab ride to the beach (you could easily walk but we thought it was easier with 2 small kids in tow). The beach by the W Hotel is great for kids! Short cab rides to Sagrada Familia and Camp Nou stadium. The small rooftop pool was perfect for our kids as well!! The communication was excellent via WhatsApp our entire stay as well. They answered all our questions immediately. The place was exactly as advertised but the welcoming and professionalism of Enjoybcn exceeded all expectations. Note to Americans: the pool is a “plunge pool” as is common in Spain. It is not a full sized pool. It can be difficult to judge the scale in the photo. I knew it was a plunge pool, but met some Americans on the roof that were expecting larger. Wonderful rooftop lounge area to hang out. Two thumbs up.

Central location, easy to access within walking distance to La Rambla. Apartment had everything it needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning work great and kept the temperature even throughout night and day. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances to cook a meal. Both large and small supermarkets were within walking distance and there is a great breakfast cafe across the apartment. I would recommend this location to others.

Beautiful property! Really great location, right at the heart of all the action! But also in the right place to then be quiet when getting to sleep. Roof terrace pool, shared with the other residents is small but still a great touch.

Spent four nights here. Near the aquarium (kids loved it), an easy taxi ride to the "Magic Fountain" (kids loved that, too), and close to La Rambla (kids didn't love that). Walking distance to get hop on-hop off bus tickets for attractions that weren't close. The pool, while very small, was perfect for our 6 and 9-year olds.

Clean and spacious, tons of room for my husband and I and our two teens. Easy to walk to many cafes and restaurants. Short cab ride to almost anything you want to see in Barcelona. The pool is small, but very nice for a dip after a hot day walking around town.

The location was perfect in the middle of the gothic quarter next to las ramblas! Easy to travel to many of the tourist locations, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and big enough for 8 people. Whenever I had questions, I was able to text them and get answers almost immediately! Would highly recommend booking through enjoybcn in the future, but might recommend checking their website first for cheaper pricing.

There were a group of us in Barcelona on a stag do. The property was perfectly situated. Quiet but in touching distance of everything we wanted to do. Property managenent was very helpful, even with our delayed flight.

One issue was loss of internet but I reached out and Jeremy took care of it.

I did not stay but my colleagues did. Everything about the apt was good but unfortunately the location was not the best. Also, I got a call late on a Saturday night about noise coming form the room and yet there was no one in the apt. They had not arrived, When I spoke to my contact at VRBO about this they said they would investigate. They never followed up or range me back about this and they were rude to me.
