Not a dang thing. I stay at hotels 1 to 2 a week. Definitely coming back here

I’ve stayed here before in the past and the staff and cleanliness of the establishment and rooms have always been awesome. Fair priced regardless if you book ahead or need an room in a hurry same day. Though I’m not a smoker anymore- they are the ONLY motel/hotel in Utah that offers the option of a smoking room, without having to be obligated to a Motel 6. The front desk staff has changed since last staying here but I was extremely pleased the young woman at the front desk was super friendly and down to earth, funny and super helpful! It’s all about customer service when staying via hotel/motel and it feels better when you book a stay at a place that feels like you are welcome there rather than feeling like you are being sized up, judged and treated like you don’t matter. I would take a stay at Sleep Inn over the 4 Star Hotels downtown which I frequent now and then which make you feel like you don’t belong there, staff is obligated to treat you very well, but you can feel the awkward vibes. Sleep Inn is the top choice for me the rooms always smell like lemon pinesol when you first check in your room! And the sheets are always clean and fresh never reused I have ever found even a hair from a past tenant in the sheets/bed or bathroom/towels.
Nothing.

We checked in late due to traffic which sucked but they also let us have a late check out at noon. Very kind and I was still able to eat breakfast ready and be on time for my daughter's wedding. I would recommend this place to my friends if the rooms were more up to date as far as the bathroom and they had smoking rooms.
The bathroom was very small and I hated the door. They could have left two towels since they are so small. Also we noticed a bunch of candy wrappers all around the bottom bed frame.

The place was easy to find, staff greeted us and were extremely friendly.
Don't make the floor the tile in the bathroom so slippery I slipped and fell and hit my face and my shoulder and extremely bruised ouch.

I loved the continental breakfast and the rooms were very nice.
It was storming and one of my friends got a small mud stain on the sheet of his bed. The manager said that we left the room trashed,( there were two soda cans and the mud stain on the sheet) and used that as an excuse to charge me 50.00 out of my deposit for "cleaning" I had actually taken the time to wipe down the tables and picked up the trash before checking out. The friend that left a mud spot on the sheet is handicapped, and had done it while transferring from the chair to the bed. I feel that she was looking for any excuse to take my deposit.

Staff was very very helpful and friendly we ended up staying there for over a week
Not enough bathtubs in the facility and the jacuzzi and pool that was at their sister facility was not up and running like we were told

Pretty much nothing… I guess it was fairly quiet.
It was so gross! The sheets were stained, lamp shades stained, the bathroom floor was sticky, the room had a smell, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, etc.

The location was great. The staff was very nice and not pushy or upset when we showed up to breakfast barely before closing. They let us eat and get a full meal without ever being pushy towards us. One staff member was cleaning and helpful. The front desk lady was very nice, even though she must’ve been there all night because we saw her the night before too. It was only about a 15min drive to the aquarium which is a big reason we took this trip!
There was no pool 😞. I had searched and searched all day for a hotel to stay with vacancy finally found this one, got so excited, called they said they had a room for us. I booked. We arrived for check in everything went smoothly. Unpacked in our room, ready to swim but found no pool.. it was absolutely my fault after looking at so many hotels that day I must’ve gotten them mixed up in my head. My boys were so sad. We ended up walking to Cracker Barrel which is only a parking lot or two away, which was also fun. But disappointed in not being able to swim. Every other hotel in the area had gigantic pools. Honestly if I’d known there wasn’t a pool I wouldn’t have booked and found somewhere else.
